Our rates begin at $125.00 for the first hour and $45.00 per every 1/2 hour after plus materials on most jobs. Being a small business we work hard on trying to keep our operating costs down to pass on savings to our customers. We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards with a small transaction fee of 3.25% added to the total invoice should you choose this method of payment.

This is the 3rd project that we have had Beyer Builders do for us and as before they did an excellent job. They are personable and communicate very well, and do a good job overseeing any sub-contractors that they use. They made excellent recommendations on where to go for flooring and tile, cabinets and vanity, etc. They also installed some of the bathroom fixtures we acquired and did quality work with good follow-up. We are pleased to have a good local contractor to use in our home repairs.

The responded very quickly, set up an appointment in less than a week's time,showed up on time and got the work done. Someone from Beyer's took time on July 4th to inquire about the job and modify their staffing to assure that everything got done. The two workers showed up on time and worked very hard and efficiently to complete everything in three hours. They also made some suggestions which made the project come out even better. I will consider this company anytime I need similar work.

I hired Beyer Builders earlier this year for total remodeling of my master bathroom and partial remodeling of another bathroom. I wanted a doorless walk-in shower that would be easy to clean. John Beyer suggested the Onyx product for the entire shower, which has turned out to be perfect. In the other bathroom, he installed an Onyx surround over a new cast iron tub. The plumbers told me that most builders don't install cast iron tubs any more because of the weight, but John knew that I wanted quality materials. Both bathrooms are now as beautiful as I hoped they would be. In addition, I asked Beyer Builders to replace two wooden decks at my house. Looking for a low maintenance option, I decided on Azek decking material. The original framing was still in good shape, so Beyer Builders replaced only the decking to save me some money. I also asked Beyer Builders to do some smaller jobs, including completing a baseboard replacement project in the house and repairing some siding. I asked John Beyer if he could suggest a company to asphalt my gravel driveway. I make an appointment for the asphalt company representative to come look at the driveway and John surprised me by showing up to see what the person was going to say. When the asphalt person asked if I had any place to dump fill that would result from some excavation that would be necessary, John even knew of someone up the road who was willing to take the fill, which saved me the cost of having it hauled it away. The driveway turned out beautifully. My husband hired Beyer Builders in 2016 to replace the front door and retile the entryway. That turned out so well that when I was looking for someone to hire for this year's projects, I thought first of Beyer Builders. I trust John and Sharon Beyer completely to help me out with any home improvement or repair projects. They understood my desire to make changes to cut back on maintenance. They, their workers, and their subcontractors, such as plumbers, tilers, and painters, do quality work.

Once the project was started, Beyer Builders coordinated with the concrete contractor, the roofing-siding contractor and the electrical contractor. Beyer Builders managed this coordination effectively so that the project moved forward smoothly. I was pleased with Beyer Builders quality of work and their efficiency.

Install went well. There were 2 guys working, 1 in the bathrooms and 1 of them climbed up in the attic. They took care to protect flooring from tracking dirt in and out and cleaned up job area well. Extremely pleased. Some jobs are better left to the professionals.

John and Sharon made our remodel a pleasurable experience. They were very accommodating to our request. We were provided a schedule in the beginning outlining what would be completed each day as far as the remodel. Every date was hit as shown and most items were done ahead of schedule. That was very impressive from other past experiences.

John Beyer and his crew gave a good and fair estimate of the cost and time involved, his oversight of the necessary sub-contractors involved was very good, and they were careful around our home and did a very good job. John communicated with us about the various aspects of the project and made helpful suggestions of other contractors to take down trees in our yard and a good exterminator to use. John let us look at work done at his own home to get ideas for replacing our deck and pergola, and we intend to hire John next year to build a pergola replacement for our new patio. We are very pleased with the materials recommended and used, along with the quality work provided, and were glad we went with an excellent local contractor.

We have been extremely happy with all of the workmanship and the workers were all very professional. When John had another contractor come in, as in when the concrete was poured in the garage, they were all professional tradesman and not handymen. We had daily communication on the progress and John always talked to us in detail on how the job was progressing. All material was high grade and best quality. The job site was always cleaned up at the end of the work day. We did go above our discussed budget, but only because of some issues that needed to be brought up to code and that we decided not to go a cheaper route to fix the issue. We also made the decision to change or add on to the original plan, but we have been extremely happy with the job(s) that were done and would not change a thing we had done. We are extremely happy that our home is now maintenance free and we have and still do receive many compliments on the improvements done to our home. We would recommend Beyer Builders to anyone looking to do any remodeling to their home, inside or out!

Both bathrooms were complete in a timely manner with no needed extra time. The work area was cleaned at the end of every work day. The workers laid contractors paper on the flooring throughout the house where it was needed so no damaged would be done to the preexisting areas of the home. All workers were always polite and courteous. If there was any issues that came up during the demolition of the work area they were brought to our attention and discussed what our options would be to bring the issue up to code. No corners were cut to make our budget, everything was done correctly. John Beyer sat down with us and informed us of the step by step process that he and his workers would be taking to finish the job on time and correctly. When we first sat down and spoke to John and Sharon about the first bathroom needing to be remodeled due to the current shower leaking water into our basement, we did not think we would have the second bathroom done. After having seeing the beautiful and timely job done with our first bathroom we then decided to have John remodel the second bathroom right away. We would have Beyer Builders do any further work for us in the future. We have been very pleased with their work.

We had a stressful project planned and we knew it going into this huge remodel. We were going to be living in our home most of the time John and his crew were to be there doing the destruction and the reconstruction. We had a long road ahead of us but we had done our research and decided John was the best person for the job. After meeting with John and Sharon a few times during the planning process, we were certain we had picked the right people. As soon as the project was approved by us and John, John gave us a schedule of what to expect each week and who would be at our house doing the work on his schedule. I was really surprised how much that schedule was consistently followed. The schedule was tight and only varied when they had to rely on the inspections to be done as scheduled. Even then we were informed every time there had to be a delay in his schedule. All the sub-contractors were very respectful of our home. They introduced themselves to us when they started their projects and cleaned up after themselves. The sub-contractors were easy to work with but most importantly they told us if there was a problem and showed us what they were doing and why. That was a huge plus for us as we knew there would be unforeseen issues in a house that was almost 40 years old. Being aware of what was happening daily made it easier on our stress levels. Over the nine weeks of construction, we came to know John's crew pretty well. We saw them daily and they went out of their way to do so many nice, unexpected and unplanned things for us. One example of this was moving furniture and our 'stuff', we have a lot of stuff in our house from living in it for 30 years. They moved furniture and plants many times, I can't thank them enough for helping us with that since we are not in our '40s' anymore! Just the nicest people you could work with on a long project like this one. I have had a vision for my home, especially the kitchen for 25 years, it's been a dream fulfilled. I can honestly say I would not have anyone other than John and Sharon work with us on another project in my home. Everything is just as I imagined it, with the highest quality work from John and his people, I'm confident it will give us many years of enjoyment.

This Co. installed 8 new interior doors in our home. They left the job unfinished, were very arrogant & left a mess in our garage. They should be put out of business permanently, -3 doors installed incorrectly!

"This client had an insurance claim that they wanted to handle themselves which is perfectly fine as long as the consumer is well versed in how a job should be set up and what each tradesman should be responsible for. From the initial meeting we offered a complete service from purchasing the doors, delivery, staining, hanging and the disposal. This client indicated that they only wanted us to provide Labor to hang the doors. An agreement was made and we supplied the skilled labor as requested and again offered the option of disposal for an additional fee. That option was declined because they were going to donate their old doors to charity, therefore they were neatly placed in their garage. What initiated this members poor review of Beyer Builders was, the member hired a painter to stain all of their doors and expected Beyer Builders as the carpenter to putty and seal all the nail holes after the doors were installed. We explained to them that would be their painters job to complete putty and sealing not the carpenter. This member felt that it was up to Beyer Builders to educate them on the process of completing work such as this because we were experienced in the business. We disagreed and explained to them that they took the roll on as General Contractor by purchasing all the materials, scheduling the deliveries, hiring and scheduling of all trades. In no way are we a company that would force a client into any services they don't want. This member later decided that they wouldn't donate their doors because of the condition and expected us to remove them at no cost. This member hired us for LABOR ONLY to install their own doors and declined to pay for disposal of their old doors to a dumpster. This service was clearly detailed in their written estimate and documented in several emails. We had to offer them a discount in order to get paid. They threatened to post a poor review if we didn't reduce our bill for them and they followed through with this unfair review. Shame on them. Lesson learned ."
