I came across Water Specialties Group at the Pheasant Run Home Show at Saint Charles. They were the only dealer that did a lab test of your water before they would make recommendations. They then explained the lab test, what the water problems were, and what it would take to fix it with a guarantee that the water problems would be corrected. The installation was very professional with the installer more concerned on a quality job instead of time. For the first time since building our house 18 years ago, we have really good water. The water is clean, soft, and does not have an odor. The black water is gone. The system is economical on material and is easy to use. They even came out for a post installation visit with another water test to be sure that everything was operating correctly.
I could not be more pleased. Water Specialties Group is the first real professional water treatment company I have found.
