Neace Sewer And Water Service

I am 75 years old, legally blind, and just now found a plumber. I called Kevin the first time when I had water in the basement. The sewer cleaning outfit I usually call couldn't come. Kevin not only cleared the water, but found the problem and fixed it. Since then, he has fixed my shower which was installed by another outfit. He has also installed a new Rheem hybrid water heater. I can't wait for him to put PEX in my basement. You can't go wrong with Neace Sewer and Water Service.

This is in follow-up to my previous review of Kevin Neace's installation of the battery back-up sump pump systems. We had trouble reaching him because of his work schedule, but when we finally connected, he came out and double checked the systems. AND he performed the visit at no charge. We are very pleased with his service.

We experienced a leaky tub faucet for approximately 1 month, which got worse over that time. Kevin came out to inspect the work needed. With the way the bathroom was constructed, he stated prior to any work done, due to the stud placement, he may not be able to easily fix it without causing further damage and cost. We were considering to remodel the bathroom soon anyway, so we decided to just remodel. I ordered the tub and fixtures and he installed the tub. The only major problem was the way the tub drain fit in to the existing drain, which was again due to the original design of the bathroom and wet wall. Then, after the tile installer was finished, he came back to complete the fixture install. He cleaned up after himself and left no mess each time.
Kevin is knowledgeable, honest and fairly priced. He was out prior for
several items (water heater removal/install, sump pump removal/install,
ejector pump removal/install, whole house filter install, and emergency repair) with excellent results.
He is now my plumber. I would not hesitate to call him for anything related to
plumbing.
