I started in the siding and window industry many years ago with a desire to be the best in my field. Many things have changed in the last 14 years, from the products to the way installation is completed. I am familiar with the changes and what a great project should look like, as well as the codes that apply to the project for a perfect job every time. We have completed many siding and window projects in the last 14 years and I pride myself on being on every job to ensure that the project is completed to the customer????s satisfaction. I have had Jerry work on my apartment building in Lincoln Square a few times now. He always did an excellent job and was very honest about pricing. What I also really appreciated is that he was very direct about what small jobs I could do myself (if I wanted to), which things he did not really think I needed to spend money on now, and which things were more urgent. Highly recommended!

Was quoted $1240 for a job that would take three hours to complete thinking this was a fairly difficult job to do. They completed it in an hour. Seems like they over charged me about $1000. Would definitely not recommend this company. When I complained about the job they told me they would sit in their van for another two hours to make it three hours total.

Jerry was prompt on getting back to me. Even though the appointment was for one of the hottest days this summer he insisted on working and fully completed the job. The windows look good and he removed all debris. Very friendly guy.

Jerry had given advice on how the wood trim should be installed and corrected the way we had it installed. He advised that the capping he would install over it would be much more efficient and installed properly. It is a beautiful and well done job. I have more siding repair that I'm going to use Jerry for in the spring.

Contacted the company for an emergency downspout replacement. My call was returned immediately and Jerry came out and looked at the problem within an hour of speaking to him. He was able to return early the next morning to replace my second-story downspout and secure another downspout to the house. We had thrown the defective gutter pieces in the backyard and he removed them for us without being asked. I appreciated the fact that he was willing to help us so promptly with such a small problem (many companies have a $500 minimum). Very professional and courteous.
