They papered the entire floor, plastic sheeting, taping all for protection. Meticulous. Then started patching all areas that needed to be repaired. Painting, etc. took 3 days to do. The living room, dining room, hallway, bathroom, utility room doors, all trim and baseboards and ceiling. And they prepared, primed and painted the front bay window from the original stained wood. Very thorough and would not accept payment until we approved the work. They cleaned up each day to ensure we still had access to necessary rooms. Very respectful. Listened to our requests and answered all our questions. Just a great team! I've had them back twice-once with a crack that appeared under the bay window from the severe cold snap and just recently when I had damaged a couple of areas on the walls from using those adhesive strips.
