This man is a thief. he requested a deposit of $2,400 for his work then went to the property and destroyed the baseboards and we never heard back. He apologized for stealing from us and promised to pay us back in 7 days. that was almost 2 months ago. we have not heard back from him and have even sent him a text. How does someone with a business do this? This is hard earned money from senior citizens he robbed. this man is not to be trusted and should now own a business.

This man promised flooring, requested an upfront deposit for labor and purchase, came to our house and destroyed our baseboards and left. He is a thief that has gone silent without so much as a message about our stolen money. He is not to be trusted. Will continue to post of this incident so he does not do the same to others. Gabriel came to our house and showed us flooring. he convinced us to purchase a particular flooring type because we needed the flooring placed quickly and could not wait. He needed the funds within the next day or so to purchase the flooring only it appears he used the money for personal reasons and remains silent. His final text was an apology for what he had done and a promise to pay in 7 days. This was 2 weeks ago and we have not heard from him. He took our money, ruined our baseboards and then went silent.

It has been 1 month since this man took my money and left us with damaged baseboards and tile. we have not heard from him not to repair what he did nor to return our money. My husband and I worked very hard for our money. we are retired and live on retirement income. we invested our savings to improve our hose to put it for sale and now had to borrow money from our daughter to fix and finish what this man did. he is a thief. please beware.

I sent Gabrial Iusan a text advising the 7 days since he promised to pay us back had passed and pleading him to return our $2,383 funds I sent him back. I did not hear back from him. I spoke with the representative from Angi's who is handling the case and was advised he will be blocked from receiving leads but has also not replied to their calls. Buyer Beware. this man took our money and has become non-responsive in returning it. This is my parents money to do new flooring on the home they are selling. I trusted him with my parent's money and he took it and used it for personal reasons and is now not returning it.

Gabriel requested an upfront deposit to purchase the flooring and an upfront portion for labor. He knew we were pressed for time as we were selling my parent's old home. He was supposed to start the day after he took our money. after short texts delaying when he would come to begin the flooring, he came to the house and destroyed our baseboards. He then delayed 4 additional days and when called, he promised to come that weekend. He has still not come. We found out he spent the money instead. he apologized and promised to pay us back in 7 days and we are still waiting. We were robbed by him.

He took our money and its been 3 weeks and we do not have any service. What we have instead is destroyed baseboards and the inability to have an appraisal give a value to our home.

Gabriel will come and be with you and express how he has been doing this job for many years, he is a really good charmer, he is very likable at first but then when the job has to get completed Gabriel does not respond to you, lies on when he is going to get the job completed. He just informed us that he used my money for personal matters and now does not have funding to complete my job. He told us to give him the remaining money to get the materials. He owes me money and how could he think I would trust him any further. BEWARE of this guy he will do the same to you.

This wasn't just a floor installation but rather a complete restoration of a water damaged kitchen...subfloor (and supporting joists), cabinets, finish floor, baseboards, trim, under-cabinet lights...pretty much everything except the countertop. Gabe did a magnificent job dealing not only with the known issues, but all the side problems which arise when you start tearing apart an old house. He was professional, punctual and personable...and above all, incredibly good at his job. We went from total disaster to working kitchen in 5 weeks. I'd recommend him to anyone...I HAVE already recommended him to people. He's now become our Go-To guy for anything this place can (and undoubtedly will) throw at us.

Gabriel is very personable and had the best price for the flooring and installation. He found ways to get discounts and passed those discounts to us too. This was super helpful and made it possible for us to get the flooring of our dreams while not going over our budget. The floor looks great and we would hire him again if we needed more flooring.
