Did the floors and more, would use again and again

We hired this company to do a complete removal and replacement of the floor as well as subfloor repair. They did a wonderful job and for a great price! Would highly recommend to anyone!

They did a good job finishing the floors before move-in. Calin was professional and personable. There are some small areas that may need some finishing, but overall I am very happy with them. I highly recommend them to friends and family.

Calin was the last person in to bid, and the first person back with a proposal. We liked his proposal, we liked him and so we hired him to finish our basement project: install vinyl plank flooring, hang doors, and install all casings and baseboards. We cannot say enough good things about Calin and his crew! Perfectly professional, meticulous, diligent, flexible, friendly, and polite. I never look forward to these home improvement projects, you do your best to find a good contractor but there always seems to be a problem. Not in this case, not at all, This project was actually a pleasure. Really, you should not select a contractor until you speak with Calin.à  

Kalin and his crew did an outstanding job replacing our kitchen, powder room, and hall tiled floor with beautiful hard wood flooring. They took great care to cover and seal off all the area so that no dust or dirt went into the rest of the house. They were nice and courteous while doing their job. They did a beautiful job on the hardwood floor and the finishing. They also replaced all the baseboards with new and that looks great. I would not hesitate hiring them again if I needed more floors done.

So the wife and I wanted to put in Bamboo Flooring. About a thousand sq ft. We bought the flooring and the trim and shoe. When we went to price labor. I was to say the least shocked. One quote was 7k! Then we found Calin! His work was perfect. Its like we have a new house. He charged a very fair price for the work. I strongly suggest using Decora! You won't regret it!! I wish I could put pics to show you!

This is top notch. Calin js a craftsman and an honest and friendly man. His crew were skillful, cordial, and cleaned up. Our new hardwood living room looks very nice. The price was competitive. There was a sense of personal ownership of the job and the results. Highly recommend.

Calin was wonderful, he even went with me to the flooring store to make sure I ordered correctly and ended up delivering the flooring to me because the store only went as far as the threshold . Gregorio and Santiago were fast, hard working and perfectionists. My new floor is beyond my expectations and Calin and his team were incredibly helpful. I am so happy hired them.

We feel very fortunate to have found Calin and his crew! From the moment he set foot in our home to do an estimate to install red oak flooring in our large family room, and refinish our kitchen floor, we were impressed. He was thorough, asked all the right questions, and we immediately felt secure that he would do a professional job. His pricing seemed extremely fair, and at the end of the day, quite reasonable given the work that he did and the quality of his materials. Before hiring him, and at my request, we spoke with one of his recent clients to confirm the impressive online reviews. She could not have been more favorable in her characterization of Calin, and I heartily agree! He is extremely detailed oriented, and worked with us to ensure we ended up with the wood floors we wanted. Calin treated our home as though it were his... careful in moving furnishings, securing work areas to ensure the rest of our house wouldn't be overly impacted, and delivered the entire project exactly on schedule - including adding felt protective pads to our furniture, and returning it to its original placement. He was accommodating wherever he could be. Calin's crew is top notch, too! He was not always present, but the people he worked with also took tremendous pride in their work, and stayed the hours they needed to each day to move the project forward as promised. I can unequivocally and enthusiastically recommend Calin and Decorative Floors, Inc!

Due to our frustration with Home Depot regarding our flooring installation. I found Calin on Home Advisor and after a visit and a quote we hired Cailin to install our flooring. I must admit at first I found these reviews a little suspicious... I mean how could anybody be so good! Calin came the following week to begin the job. Let me confirm these reviews are REAL based on my experience. EXCELLENT work!! His crew was very careful moving the furniture, very efficient doing the installation, and cleaned up everything when they left. Needless to say Calin is our go to guy for all our future home projects and business needs. We are passing his name along to others we know who want professional work at a reasonable price. So I guess Home Depot's lack of customer service turned out to be a blessing for us!

We hired Decorative Floors, Inc. to refinish our existing floors and lace in new flooring in areas that had carpet. Originally, we were going to replace all the flooring through out with a new material but Calin advised me that what I had already was a superior flooring and just needed to be refinished. It also saved me a ton of money. The results were so much better than I expected. They did an absolutely beautiful job. Calin and his team were on time and professional. Calin was responsive to my questions and provided exceptional customer service. I highly recommend them and in fact have already scheduled our next project of refinishing our staircase with them. I will be hiring Calin for multiple projects in our home going forward because I trust him and the high quality of workmanship he and his team provide.

Calin and his team fixed our flooring after it has been laid improperly by a previous installer. They were very professional throughout the entire experience and finished the job quickly.
