"Anthony and Brandon were excellent, extremely professional and knowledgeable! Anthony and Brandon repaired our chimney and installed a new damper and cap and beautiful new logs in under 2 hours! Both men were very friendly and answered all our questions. We couldn't be more excited about our new fireplace and cannot wait to show it off! "The chimney project went smoothly. The result of the initial work on the fireplace was less satisfying. Richard Olsen, the owner, agreed with me and had the work redone. He made sure that the end result was something that we both were happy with. I was impressed by his professionalism and the pride he took in the work done by his company. "Fantastic. I have a large wood burning fireplace that was due for service. Chris created a video of the chimney from top to bottom that clearly indicated how bad it actually was. It was determined that it would be ultimately be much cheaper to install a gas insert than completely repair. Being a country boy, all my life I've had a wood burning fireplace and enjoyed the smell & general 'ambiance" that it provided, but now I don't miss it a bit. Most importantly, my gas bill is noticeably lower. Chris even stopped by several weeks later just to make sure everything was running smoothly. Best customer service I've experienced in quite a while. Highly recommend!!"
