"Fantastic. I have a large wood burning fireplace that was due for service. Chris created a video of the chimney from top to bottom that clearly indicated how bad it actually was. It was determined that it would be ultimately be much cheaper to install a gas insert than completely repair. Being a country boy, all my life I've had a wood burning fireplace and enjoyed the smell & general 'ambiance" that it provided, but now I don't miss it a bit. A few days later after the weather had cleared, David and Miguel worked hard also repairing the exterior bricks that had mold growing and fixed another top part of the chimney where the concrete was breaking apart.
