"Fantastic. I have a large wood burning fireplace that was due for service. Chris created a video of the chimney from top to bottom that clearly indicated how bad it actually was. It was determined that it would be ultimately be much cheaper to install a gas insert than completely repair. Being a country boy, all my life I've had a wood burning fireplace and enjoyed the smell & general 'ambiance" that it provided, but now I don't miss it a bit.
