I've used this company many times, not only for painting, but for handyman jobs. Jonathan and his crew have proven to be efficient, knowledgeable, and just good people! I have referred him to several neighbors, who have been very pleased with their work. Most recently, I decided to change a small room into my craft room and Jonathan was able to paint the room in a short time. I have never been disappointed with the work of Touchstone!

Jonathan and his team do excellent work. We've used him twice: for drywall patching and painting, and for a bathroom remodel. We plan to use Touchstone again to renovate our kitchen and repair/paint our outdoor deck. Very responsive and helpful! Quality workmanship for a great price.

We wanted to have a cabinets painted and some light carpentry performed in the kitchen. Jonathan came out and provided an initial quote and recommended the use of a decorator to address some open questions. Once we had the specific colors and design plan, Josiah, who provided the on-site work, prepped and degreased all the surfaces, completed the carpentry, then primed and painted all the cabinets. The attention to detail was outstanding and the kitchen never looked better.Touchstone is a very professional service provider.

Jonathan and team did a tremendous job painting our living/dining room, foyer, hall, bedroom, and FR/kitchen ceiling. Old world craftsmanship and attention to detail is evident in every phase of their work, from taping and sealing off areas to drywall repair, patching, sanding, priming, and finish coats. Jonathan even cleaned up trim that had been mucked up by prior painters, corrected a poorly fitted door frame, and recommended the best paint and finishes for our job. If you want a job done to perfection, Touchstone is your one-stop team for excellence. And on top of that, they are all so polite and genuine nice guys.

I have worked with Jonathan & Touchstone a several times, and I am never disappointed. This time was an even bigger project with not only a lot of interior painting, but I redid my powder room, & fireplace/tv wall - brought it out of the 90's. All work was maticulously done. Jonathan and his men are so easy to work with. I highly, highly recommend. FYI: I was not able to choose several categories of work performed, below, drywall was only one of the jobs done. I have provided before and after photos.

The entire project went like clockwork; doors were stained and installed as expected with 13 in all. Ontime, on budget and all done why we were out of town. Touchstone Painting is unequalled. A couple of years ago, Jonathan Richards painted a bedroom for me and last year painted the shudders outside my house. The shudders had faded significantly but still had a texture to them that many painters would not have preserved. Jonathan not only preserved the texture, but matched the color of the previous shudders perfectly. A year later after four seasons, the shudders still look amazing! When he painted my bedroom, I told him he needn’t use a drop cloth since I was replacing the carpet. Even without a drop cloth, I think I saw maybe 2 spots. Jonathan’s work is without equal. I highly recommend him!

Did too many handyman services to list, but did an outstanding job on installing stone to a new fireplace. It was the first time for the installer had done this type job, but the result is beautiful! We did a renovation of our kitchen. Touchstone painted all the existing cabinets as well as all the trim work. They also painted my family room, dining room and formal living room.
