"They charged us 1650 $ in place for 750$ citing that the person who took the list of inventory did not have couch and dining table listed. They moved dining chairs and one half of the couch. "The move started out good, in my opinion. The team of three workers packed very quickly all of my household items. I was pleased with the speed of getting my belongings packed. I arrived at my new location about 10 to 15 minutes before they arrived. I waited until they arrived and showed them how to get to the rear of the apartment building. I went upstairs to my apartment to unlock the door so they could begin bringing in the bags and boxes. I am alone. I don't have no friend or family member to assist me with supervising the team. One of the workers, Miguel, showed me my small antique lamp that got damaged. I said okay. He apologized for the damage. Later during the move I was told by Donna that my credit card could not be accepted for the Overtime charge of $123.27. Donna told me I must pay cash for the overtime charge which is not my fault. So once again, I left the workers alone with my belongings and went out to get the cash for the overtime and the $75 dollar tip for each worker. I spent an additional $348.27 with this company. $123.27 overtime plus $225.00 tips. After the workers left I felt that something was not right with the move. Later that evening I worked very hard opening the bags and boxes. To my dismay I discovered kitchen items, electronics, clothing, my expensive binoculars, glassware, baking pans, cellphone equipment gone missing. I came to the conclusion that Advanced Moving and Storage Inc is not a quality moving company. During my telephone conversations with Donna and the Owner I told them that I regretted hiring your company and I would never do business with you again. I am seeking a refund of the $889.00 for the Unpacking Service that I cancelled on Thursday May 29, 2025. Would also like to receive a full or 50 percent refund of the entire expenditures totalling $1755.78 (Visa) + $889.00 (Visa) + $123.27 (Cash) + $225.00 (Cash) Equals $2,993.05"

"Many of our boxes arrived in deeply damaged condition, with many of the worst boxes being those labeled as "fragile", as well as a few of our furniture pieces being delivered were damaged and broken SEE ATTACHED PICTURES. The most concerning of these incidents is the delivery of one of our boxes nearly completely ripped open, appearing to have been rummaged through. Our delivery driver showed up over an hour beyond our communicated window of 12pm-8pm, arriving at 9:15pm on a Sunday night which caused strain with our landlord and community as there are residential quiet hours. He also did not communicate this delay until around 7:45 pm. During the initial pick up, the crew lost the key to the service elevator for my apartment building and offered to cover $50 of the replacement fee but insisted if it cost anymore, it would be on me to cover this fee. My partner was away at the time and as a woman alone during the pick up stage, I didn't feel comfortable pushing back and I had assumed "
