Perfect project from beginning to end. The rep guided us through the various options intelligently. The work began and was finished earlier than promised. The installer was super-nice and, most importantly, the new deck looks terrific.

If I could give them 6 stars, I would... Professional, affordable, high quality, and extremely fast. I called several places to get a quote for a composite deck, and most gave me a really high quote before stepping foot on my property. Others, didn't have availability for weeks. Alex came out almost immediately and the rest was history. Within an hour, we had a plan, a price, and several options. Alex was neither pushy, or dismissive, but highly informative and incredibly helpful with overall design. Once materials were in, the project was schedule AND completed within a week. Their installation team was equally professional, friendly, and incredibly fast. From start to finish, I could tell we were getting a high quality product. Forgive the mess on the deck as I had little time to snap the photos before bringing up the furniture. It's a great looking deck, built well, with a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Royal Deck to anyone!!

Royal Deck provided us outstanding service last fall. We had a deck balcony project that was abandoned by another contractor. Royal Deck representative Alex responded to our need to assess what had been done, what corrections were needed and how to finish the job to the highest standard. We had been through so much with the carpenter that just left the project undone we were really careful to find the right company to finish our project. Royal Deck's willingness to finish our project and to have such a skilled carpenter work with us, resulted in a flawless finished product. (I forgot the carpenters name but he was a true talent!) Pricing was right too. The representative Alex who provided us an estimate and the carpenter completing the job were knowledgable, professional and customer service oriented from beginning to end. We had another very competitive quote from a reputable contractor which we considered, but what sold us was the correspondence we had with the rep Alex. In one of our email correspondences as we were negotiating terms and cost, Alex wrote "I would be happy to assist you with advice even if you hire someone else for the project. Let me know." That is going above and beyond! We felt Alex truly cared and wanted our dream project to be finished right! Our balcony may last a lifetime and need no repairs, but for anyone looking to have a deck or balcony built, I would absolutely recommend with 5 shining stars Royal Deck to handle your deck project! This is a very professional group from salesman to foreman and crew. They worked under rapidly changing winter weather conditions which did not affect their craftsmanship. We are very pleased.

We recently had a wonderful experience with Royal Deck! We received quotes from many other companies in the area & agreed hands down to move forward with them after meeting with Nick (who was extremely helpful, friendly, professional & Covid cautious). Nick always got back to us in a timely fashion when we had questions or changed on mind on design ideas. The crew who built the deck were very friendly and VERY hard working. They would be at our house as early as 7am and stay well past 8pm to finish the project on time and to absolute perfection- they paid great attention to detail. All the guys are extremely talented. Alex was very easy to work with. He was always coming to see the progress and making sure we were 100% satisfied. He was always very friendly and happy to do whatever was needed so the deck would turn out exactly how we wanted it.
