Google searched Roto Rooter, but some how Emergency Rooter Services came up. I guess they are stealing the keywords and redirecting us. I sent a message and a woman called me back. Emergency services but see you tomorrow, hum . Call from Rob about a hour early, on his way now...ok, feels a bit better. Comes out to clear the sewer main and he cannot get the cap off and may have to pull a toilet BS to charge more that $89.95. I said, No the cap WILL come off. ; It is a thumb-screw ! So he gets the cap off, and tell me via phone and my GF (onsite) he will go down the line twice and clear things out. You need a $5,200 cleanout! Hell no! LIAR. He ran the machine ONCE, never cleared the clog, took the money, and left. One flush later, water up though the floor drain! Not a damn thing flowing! I called him after dinner and he said I will call you tomorrow, I can not come out tonight. Never heard from the scammer again. I got Robed! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Calling BBB too!

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Zero stars. I had a complete blockage of my home's sewer line. I saw Emergency Rooter Services' ad offering $89.99 drain cleaning. I made an appointment. The techs, Rob and his assistant, arrived a couple of hours after our appointment time. They opened the sewer cleanout plug and used a power rodder with small spade bit. The techs worked for more than an hour, but there was no progress - sewer was still not flowing. After using their camera probe, Rob announced a clay pipe was broken underground and the repair would require digging in the back yard. The estimate for them to complete the repair was $4,800 plus the cost of a city permit. I declined. They left having made zero progress. Their report said "Still No Flow." After they left I phoned another plumber who came out later the same day. He was able to work his camera probe through the obstruction and identified two root masses. Using a power rodder with 5.5" cutter bit, he completely cleared the line. Same day. Same type of equipment. No digging. After the rodding was completed, camera inspection indicated the pipes were in good condition - no broken clay pipes. The obstruction was just tree roots. I contacted Emergency Rooter Services to complain about the poor service and ask about a refund. I got no reply. No response of any kind. So I decided to share my experience here.

I woke up to my basement flooding, Emergency Rooter Services had a technician out right away. They cleared the blockage without trying to push me into costly repairs. I would definitely recommend this company.
