"After the big spring rains, water began seeping into my basement at several locations. I could see tree roots encroaching on the sump pump and assumed that drain tile was clogged resulting in water pressure strong enough to seep through the joint between the foundation wall and the floor. They diagnosed the problem by spending like 4 hours at my place and when we could not figure out the exact cause, they did help narrow it down to being either a broken intake pipe or high water table. They also put a temporary reroute for ground water to rule out any issues with the sewer line which is the case sometimes. They replaced one of my broken sump pump too for a reasonable price."

After tearing away insulation I realized these pipes were very old and also were full of various spigot valves for no apparent reason. We decided to put in a new system that has a lot more safeguards. Our system, besides needing a new back up sump and battery, was antiquated a had issues with safeguards failing. This system is more technologically advanced than our old one and pumps more water out to boot. It also has more safeguards and fail safe measures. There was a mix up with payment up front, which costed about 35 minutes, but it was resolved and customer service said they would resolve this for future customers. If you plan to use multiple payment methods, my recommendation would be to have a backup plan or call the front office to arrange things before installation."
