"Service order place by choice of warranty, Technician show up after three hours and he find diagnose that compressor is bad and need to replace completely new one. I call another Technician for second opinion. He said unit is o k, need new capacitor. How they keep name seven star and don't know to find correct reason. I was too much worry about replace new unit with lots of money. Please do not call again Seven Star."
