"Excellent service - Charlie was responsive regarding the quote and the service. I was notified of any potential delays and Charlie provided me with multiple options every step of the way. Service was provided in a careful manner to ensure all of my property was protected (floors, walls, etc.) and following installation of the new water heater all of the mess was cleaned up. I am very happy with the overall service and after obtaining multiple quotes I believe that the service I received from Charlie was not only reasonably priced, but was very high quality. I would take into consideration Charlie's competence along with the price when evaluating any cost estimate from him. "John the installer arrived on time, accessed the jobs R.A. Mechanical was hired to do and wrote out a fair estimate of the job. He performed the installation of a sump pump and hot water tank. "Every things that these Plumbers did from greetings/conversation with me to the installion & clean up of my bathroom sink was just awesome. I would highly recommend them. Next, check the float and make sure it’s not obstructed by rust or gunk, which results from insufficient maintenance. Tangled wires or damaged switching systems can also stop your sump pump from engaging.
