"On Sunday, July 1, the tenant in my rental property informed me of a leak between the 2nd and 3rd floors. He was able to fit me into his Sunday schedule (unlike another company I called that claimed to offer 24/7 service, but wanted me to wait until Monday) and quickly fix the problem.
As it turned out, the previous plumber had not fixed the problem correctly: the 3/4-inch pipe they installed was too short. Charles provided me a detailed invoice, which will be helpful in my dispute with the previous plumber.
