"After the big spring rains, water began seeping into my basement at several locations. I could see tree roots encroaching on the sump pump and assumed that drain tile was clogged resulting in water pressure strong enough to seep through the joint between the foundation wall and the floor. Tim explained that tree roots should be killed off with copper sulfate and that seepage was likely the result of cracks in the foundation wall that are covered up by the drywall. He said a single leak can appear in multiple locations as it travels along the 2x4's anchored to the floor. We talked about how I could go about finding cracks. He showed me the machine he would use if I decided to have him clear out the drains and warned that the silt and debris may tear up my sump pump. His focus was on helping me understand what my options are, not selling me a service I may not need and for that I'm grateful. I will definitely call him back when the time comes."

"

Everything went extremely well.  Before we started Terry and Jody gave us ideas and suggestions to make the most of the space since we have small bathrooms.  We purchased a few items ourselves to utilize a discount at a couple big box stores.  Terry picked up and delivered those items to our house before the project started.

We added a couple items and made changes from the original proposal.  When we asked for a ballpark idea for the extra cost for those items, Terry gave us a very good idea of what it would be.

Whenever there was a minor problem, they were quick with a solution.  When they realized that the access panel on the whirlpool tub we chose did not have access to the motor, they had a solution.  Both Terry and Jody checked on the progress daily and were there to lend a hand if needed.  Terry asked me multiple times if I was happy with the way things were going.  Everyone who came in to do work was very professional and did excellent work.  When the medicine cabinet we purchased had a nick in the mirror, Kevin suggested that it might be easier to call Kohler and ask for a replacement part.  It saved us the hassle of returning the cabinet.

Kevin also noticed that the light in the bathroom was dimming at times.  After checking the circuits, they found a sparking breaker that needed to be replaced.  Thankfully it was replaced before it caused any damage.

"We hired Rowe Builders to remodel our master bath. Several years ago, we had hired Ryan's company to remodel three other bathrooms in our house. Based on the quality of workmanship, timeliness of completion and all around ease of working with Ryan and his crew, we again enlisted his help. Once again Ryan and his crew did an excellent job on all aspects of the project. We had a couple of concerns with the shower tile (basically a poor design choice on our part) and asked Ryan if we could switch to a different tile. While only a small portion had been completed, Ryan was more than willing to start over. We have had no issues with this current project or with any of the other bathrooms they completed for us. I highly recommend Rowe Builders for your remodeling needs."

"I called four different plumbers. The first plumber gave me a $5,500 estimate.  When I described the job to Flo-Maxx they sent someone out and gave me a $2,250 estimate which I thought was great. They explained everything thoroughly to me so I would understand what they'd be doing and I thought that was good.

"The remodel went fine. The workers showed up on time every day and the job was completed on schedule. Jakubek stripped the ceramic tiles that were on the walls and skim coated the plaster walls. The walls look great. They also installed vinyl flooring and new cabinets including a quartz countertop and backsplash. I now have a new kitchen. Jakubek was easy to contact and were very responsive to any questions or issues that I had."
