It went very well. Zak Khoshbin, my representative through this whole process turned this nightmare around as I was panicking seeing my home in a really bad shape. As discussed with you in the 8 times we were out at your property, you MUST control the humidity in the property or the musty smell can return and that is out of our control. We provided specific instructions on how to maintain the humidity, but we can't force you to do it and you chose not to follow the instructions multiple times. I found them online and there website clearly stated they do mold testing and mold removal/ eradication/sanitation. Tech came and did inspection and did testing for $350, results came back positive for mold, Was explaned remediation process by tech Trey and the owner Zak estimated $2500-$3500, was persuaded by Zak to more testing of my ducts because I saw obvious mold in it and were were all getting sick, Trey came a second time did 3 more swabs for $150, tests came back positive. Spoke to Zak regarding results and remedy, he promised to sent me an estimate by email, never got it, all I got was excuses after excuse, finally he says he was sending a 3rd time. Never did. I was finally told after dealing with this company For over 3 weeks and talking to Zak, Christine and Trey daily, that they can’t do the remediation because they did the testing. Prolab did the testing. So basically they advertise they do testing and remediation but they don’t. They took my money and ran. I had to get another company to do I and they did the inspection and provided me a protocol which Pur360 never did. Come to find out the testing Pur360 did was only for common molds not for all the molds like I had requested, like black mold etc. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM BEWARE OF THEM

"We provided a free inspection for Hemwatti on 7/10/20. During the free inspection, she decided to add on the mold test for $350 for 3 samples. The mold test was her decision and was optional. We collected 1 indoor air sample, 1 outdoor control sample, and 1 swab sample. The samples were sent to ProLab, an accredited 3rd party lab, for analysis. Once the analysis was completed, the results were sent via email. Based on the analysis by ProLab, the air quality was "not elevated" and the swab sample was "unusual". We reviewed the results over the phone with Hemwatti and told her that based on the analysis there was no need for remediation. She wanted to do more samples and we suggested she use another company but she wanted to use us so we offered to come out to her property a 2nd time on 7/15/20 to collect 3 more samples and even provided her with a $200 discount instead of charging full price. We collected 3 swab samples the 2nd time and the analysis by ProLab stated 2 swab sample were "normal" and 1 was "unusual". We reviewed the results with her and suggested she review them directly with the lab as well. Based on the analysis by ProLab showing the air quality was not elevated and the lab verifying the swab results showed no issues, there was no need for us to send an estimate for any service. Most people are very happy with this scenario because it typically means that no remediation is required which saves the customer thousands of dollars. So it is very strange that she is not happy solely because she wants an estimate for services that are not needed. We recommend she contacts another company for an estimate for remediation if she really wants it. We successfully provided Hemwatti with the services she paid for and went above and beyond what any other company would do. She continues to threaten us by leaving fake reviews on websites such as Google unless we give her a refund. There is simply no basis for a refund in this scenario. We are happy to upload the mold analysis if needed for verification. Thank you."

I am remodeling a house (completely gutted) but was struggling to get rid of a terrible musty odor that started in the basement and spread throughout the entire house. I tried many things by myself but nothing would work effectively. I called Pur360 and Zak came out to provide an inspection on the house and estimate. He made me aware of a couple foundation cracks to patch up and he told me Pur360 would get rid of the odor with no problem and guaranteed it. Well here I am today. writing this review because I am simply amazed by the results and could not be happier with Zak and his team. No more musty odor in the house and I can now finish remodeling! I contacted Pur 360 for an Oder elimination on a rehab that I was doing. Zach the owners son came out and told me what they would be doing to eliminate the Oder. 100% guarantee or your money back. They at first informed me that they would use ozone machines and that I would not have to do anything. ( they used over 20 ozone machines) in the house to try to get rid of the smell. It was unsuccessful at there first attempt. They told me max of 4 treatments to get rid of the smell and they did 6!!! Still by the sixth treatment the smell was still there. In the meantime after each treatment they had me demo more and more of the house because they claimed they needed to find the source of the smell. I ended up demoing a lot More then I was originally anticipating. They told me that there machines would kill the smell instead all they did was drag this process on longer than it needed to be. There machines didn’t do anything, they just keep telling me to remove this wall then a part of another and this just kept on telling me to remove other parts of the house. I finally got fed up and asked them to refund my money and they refused! Therefore all they did was waste my time and money and still not get rid of the smell. After 3 months and thousands of dollars I ended up calling a different company out. I explained to the other company what pur 360 had done, they had informed me that unfortunately I was scammed. They told me that ozone machines are a hoax, they will not remove or Eliminate an odor. The new company used special chemicals to actually kill and eliminate the smell. 1 treatment and the smell was completely gone. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Pur360 was fantastic to work with. I was selling my house and was freaked out after receiving my inspection report that showed mold in my attic. Pur360 came out for an inspection and inspected the entire attic, making me aware not only of where the mold was but the issues that potentially caused it. My condo had mold in it from a leak. After getting quotes from multiple companies, Pur360 had the best rate and guaranteed their work. They also used NO chemicals and didn't have to remove any drywall. The whole process only took 24 hours and at the end of if, all I had to do was vacuum the mold right off of the wall just like dust. I was truly shocked and couldn't believe it until I actually vacuumed up the mold myself. Pur360 is the real deal. I recommend them to anyone that has mold in their home and wants it removed in a quick and easy method.

The results were amazing. Immediately we could tell the difference both smelling the gear and sitting in the car. It was like it was new. The odor was gone and clearly any mildew was gone as well. I don't know how we would have every been able to sell the car if we didn't have Pur360 treat it for us and I am sure we will get an additional $3000 for the car because we had it treated.
