As discussed with you in the 8 times we were out at your property, you MUST control the humidity in the property or the musty smell can return and that is out of our control. We provided specific instructions on how to maintain the humidity, but we can't force you to do it and you chose not to follow the instructions multiple times. "We provided a free inspection for Hemwatti on 7/10/20. During the free inspection, she decided to add on the mold test for $350 for 3 samples. The mold test was her decision and was optional. We collected 1 indoor air sample, 1 outdoor control sample, and 1 swab sample. The samples were sent to ProLab, an accredited 3rd party lab, for analysis. Once the analysis was completed, the results were sent via email. Based on the analysis by ProLab, the air quality was "not elevated" and the swab sample was "unusual". We reviewed the results over the phone with Hemwatti and told her that based on the analysis there was no need for remediation. She wanted to do more samples and we suggested she use another company but she wanted to use us so we offered to come out to her property a 2nd time on 7/15/20 to collect 3 more samples and even provided her with a $200 discount instead of charging full price. We collected 3 swab samples the 2nd time and the analysis by ProLab stated 2 swab sample were "normal" and 1 was "unusual". We reviewed the results with her and suggested she review them directly with the lab as well. Based on the analysis by ProLab showing the air quality was not elevated and the lab verifying the swab results showed no issues, there was no need for us to send an estimate for any service. Most people are very happy with this scenario because it typically means that no remediation is required which saves the customer thousands of dollars. So it is very strange that she is not happy solely because she wants an estimate for services that are not needed. We recommend she contacts another company for an estimate for remediation if she really wants it. We successfully provided Hemwatti with the services she paid for and went above and beyond what any other company would do. She continues to threaten us by leaving fake reviews on websites such as Google unless we give her a refund. There is simply no basis for a refund in this scenario. We are happy to upload the mold analysis if needed for verification. Thank you."
