"After the big spring rains, water began seeping into my basement at several locations. I could see tree roots encroaching on the sump pump and assumed that drain tile was clogged resulting in water pressure strong enough to seep through the joint between the foundation wall and the floor. Tim explained that tree roots should be killed off with copper sulfate and that seepage was likely the result of cracks in the foundation wall that are covered up by the drywall. He said a single leak can appear in multiple locations as it travels along the 2x4's anchored to the floor. We talked about how I could go about finding cracks. He showed me the machine he would use if I decided to have him clear out the drains and warned that the silt and debris may tear up my sump pump. His focus was on helping me understand what my options are, not selling me a service I may not need and for that I'm grateful. I will definitely call him back when the time comes."

"It went extremely well and very smooth! We love our new bathroom (well, its been five months - sorry guys for the late review!) We had a small and very outdated full bathroom with amongst other things: a bathtub liner, a soffit above the tub that served absolutely no purpose, wood floor and an awkwardly located linen closet. We now have a beautiful bathroom including a tiled shower/tub, a custom cabinet & drawers replacing the old linen closet, porcelain tiled floor and no more soffit which makes our small bathroom look much bigger. Terry, Jody & Brian are THE best. If you want quality, efficiency, timeliness and professionalism, they're the only only way to go. Simply put, we wanted quality work done in a timely manner. We didn't want to deal with a job that was just going to drag on no matter how good the quality. They live up to their reputation. "Tankless water heater went on the fritz last Monday. Submitted HomeAdvisor request for quote and Rob called almost immediately. Took some pictures of the old unit and plumbing and had an all in reasonable estimate. They came out next morning (to the city no less) and installed new unit in a few hours, explained everything and tested and was within estimate. Very knowledgeable and professional. Have great hot water on demand. Wife is very happy as our old Eternal tankless struggled ever since we moved in 3 years ago. Very happy with the recommended Navien and installation from RA."

"We came up with the shower design and sourced the materials (all tile, shower assembly, grout, tile sealer, and shelves) ourselves. We solicited 3-4 bids for labor only. Kris submitted a very competitive bid and came in ahead of schedule and on budget. All of the work described above took only about 4 days, and he coordinated with a separate shower glass provider (GP Company Glass) to come the following week to measure and install the glass door. Kris and his assistant showed up on time every morning and were done by the time we got home each day. The workmanship (including tiling and grouting) was excellent, and they were very conscientious about cleaning up at the end of each day. After the shower assembly starting sagging due to its own weight, Kris even came back to install a ceiling pipe support that we provided. Bottom-line, Kris did a great job and helped make our shower remodel project run as smoothly as possible for a very competitive price."

When he installed a new toilet, he fixed the level of the toilet, the way the toilet would be stable and avoid any leakage in the future. . I am glad I found a good plumber."
