"They were very responsive, making an appointment to be onsite only a business day or two after being called. The technician was polite and answered questions before beginning the job. "Keith and his crew did a great job. They were professional, friendly and honest. Towels were laid down on my floors and they wore booties so nothing was damaged or dirty. You can further protect your floors by placing mats at entryways to catch dirt and moisture and putting felt pads under furniture legs to prevent scratches.
