"I had rainwater coming in through a door and window frame. Dario and Juan knew right away that the problem was coming from where my deck meets the siding. They removed deck boards to discover a gap in the siding. Checked for water damage (thankfully no damage). Sealed the gap. I have not had any rainwater issues since. Price was totally reasonable. We discussed other future repairs/projects for my home and I look forward to working with them again."

His estimate was detailed and showed that he understood the root cause (concrete block footing vs 42" pier now required under code). I agreed with his repair approach. "great work! flexible hours, but got my job done in the expected 3 days and the process was seamless. i needed my plaster ceiling ripped down and replaced with drywall to repair some water damage. he found the source of the water and rerouted the issue to a drain so it wouldn't happen again. he went above and beyond for this job he went and picked up my paint color and cleaned up after himself and even fixed my broken door without me asking and didnt increase the price.
