Very professional, painted my entire Chicago Bungalow interior and some exterior fences, garage door etc. Moved furniture, worked quickly and cleaned up afterward. I also hired them to remove my old carpeting and refinish my hard wood floors in the living and dining room. What a fantastic job. I couldn't be more pleased. Our project manager/coordinator Maureen was extremely helpful and attentive. She answered all our questions and coordinated everything. Also the estimator Rafal was very helpful with getting the estimate and breaking down my pricing. Chicago Painters will be my go to painters in the future.

The estimator came out on time and was patient with my many details. When the job was scheduled, they accommodated my start time of 9 am, and then worked very quietly for many hours. Within 2 days, the entire project was finished. There was not a single spot of paint to clean up and they were very respectful of my house. I will definitely call them again and highly recommend this company.

Everyone was super communicative and thorough, from our first phone conversation, email correspondence, and the painters themselves. They were able to start and finish early, and the painters were clean and very thorough. Haven't noticed a missed spot or any uneven coverage, and they were dealing with some pretty rough walls. They also did doors, baseboards, crown molding, chair rail, and ceilings (12"). I'd highly recommend Chicago Painters to anyone looking for a quality job!

These guys are top-notch professionals from start to finish. I first spoke over the phone with Jim, the owner. He didn't try to sell me at all; he just gave me an honest assesment of costs and timelines for different painting options. There was no pressure, and I could tell he knew exactly what he was talking about. The paint job itself was fantastic. It was completed on a tight timeline and done extremely well. What really stood out to me, though, was the follow-up service. Chicago Painters offers a free 30 day touch up, which was a great chance to get every little detail right. Blaze came for my touch up and truly went above and beyond what he had to do. He not only corrected every spot, however tiny, but he even helped touch up some areas that weren't their responsibility. Some of my touch ups will take multiple trips, and Blaze had no issue coming back again to finish my touchups. So, in the end, I'll be getting three visits to make sure everything is perfect, all included in my original quoted fee. I would highly reccomend Chicago Painters.

Really good. We have used this company before and always use them because they do an excellent job and have reasonable prices. The estimator (Rafael?) showed up on time, very professional and gave advice on whether certain areas needed to be painted. Some areas he said were fine and didn't need paint, which I appreciate he wasn't trying to sell me more than I needed. Job was estimated to be 5-7 days, it took 6. The 2 painters who did the work were supposed to show up between 8 and 9 each day. They were there before 8:30 each day and working well before 9. They worked up until 5 or a little later to get a ceiling or a wall finished before leaving for the day. Seemed like they worked hard and put in full days, rather than drag it out an extra day. (Good because it's disruptive to have painters in the house, appreciate them working hard to get it done). They did an excellent job, kept everything clean. Nothing broken or spilled. They patched several nail holes and sanded down a couple of drywall seems that were showing age. Including the trim, doors and ceilings makes the rooms look like new! Love our home now. They offer a 30 day touchup which is nice. We only needed one tiny touch up on a trim piece, but when we scheduled it we also scheduled more painting of 3 doors. Once everything looks new you realize how bad the doors or walls are that you did not paint. Scheduling was great. Communication with the office was easy. They do a lot on line or through a link. Very very pleased with the work. Will hire again.

This was the second time we used Chicago Painters, Inc for interior paintings. Jim and his team are very responsive, they get out fast to look at the job and provide estimate. Their painters are experienced and reliable and their customer service is one of the best I have encountered for a contractor.

This company is absolutely fantastic. Very competitive on pricing and their work is flawless. We had several rooms painted, probably at least 1500 square feet in total. They also fixed several drywall issues we had and repaired numerous cracks. I have not found one missed spot or one sloppy spot. This was not an easy job either, as we had some difficult areas to paint, including a large Pantry in our Kitchen that already had a bunch of built-ins. The crew worked tirelessly and were extremely clean. My wife and I have used other painters in the past with very mixed results, so we can truly appreciate the fine work that was done on this project. Highly Recommend!

Great service, prompt completion, good value.

Unfortunately, after a decent painting job, we noticed our locked filing cabinet had been pried open which contained our children's wallets. Of course, the cash was gone and our filing cabinets damaged. We offered to deal with this directly, but after an agreement verbally to correct the ALLEGED situation. Nothing was done. If you use them, make sure nothing of value is left in your home, so you can avoid any ALLEGED situations too.

It went very well. On time, on budget, polite, and the quality of the finished project was better than I hoped for!

Received a much lower quote and went with that.

Sent messages on 5/25 and a follow up message a week later. No response to any.
