"when the repairman came out we explain that previous retirement and replace a thermostat twice but the problem persisted. I showed him pictures of how a pizza was being burned in the oven when cooked at the correct temperature for the correct amount of time. he tested the other looked at the pictures and said that the oven cannot be repaired and they would let the warranty company know that. The warranty company called me and said the repairman told them that we did not know how to use our stove. several calls the repair company to find out why the misinformation was provided to the warranty company have gone unanswered. even calls to the repairman are not returned."

Details: I hired BPG Inspections in Pensacola, FL, to inspect a home I purchased in April. The inspection occurred in March, and I moved in during May. Within a few days of moving in – well within the 90-day warranty period – I discovered two issues that the inspection report had explicitly marked as functional: 1. The garbage disposal unit did not work (it made a soft noise but did not function). 2. The HVAC system failed to deliver air to the kitchen and adjacent bedroom, though the inspection report had indicated the air handling was operational and in good condition.
