"Hi Sir, We do apologize for all miscommunication between you, our tech and the warranty company. The tech report was given to your warranty company. They informed us that another also stated that there was no known operational failure of the oven."
"Thanks Angie member for such a detailed review about your service experience with our company. We are pleased to know that our 5 stars reviewers are providing feedback. Thanks again!!"
I am very impressed with their service and their commitment to doing excellent work. The technician was not only knowledgable and capable of completing the work well, he also patiently and thoroughly explained the problem and the solutions to me. I have now added their number to my contacts on my phone, and they will certainly be my go-to repair service providers for all of our appliances!
"The price of the part had increased. Oven parts fluctuate depending on type an season."
The other one wouldn't come out because I had a front loader and I live in a condo.
Fix It 1st came out the same day.The problem was that water was coming out under the washer.
I washed clothes a couple of days before, that's when I noticed the problem.
Nothing was wrong with my washer other than the water was still in the rubber part of the door.
Timothy was very professional. I'm extremely happy that I didn't have to pay a lot of money
for the repair. The service charge was reasonable. I will call them in the future for any repairs I need.
