"Rick Olandese approached our large project with a professional attitude and outstanding communication. He came on time and kept in touch with us on a regular basis.  As we all know, maintaining and operating a pool can mean unexpected problems - everything from weather to parts that don't seem to fit. Rick took full responsibility of the entire project, working closely with Ed Morrison to ensure our happiness. When things didn't go as planned, Ed returned graciously - even on the weekend - to fix skimmer and heater issues we couldn't figure out. They are both warm and friendly, incredibly easy to contact and an absolute pleasure to work with. Owning and operating small businesses is the bread and butter of our community and it is a pleasure to recommend these outstanding service people. Both gentleman deserve an A plus for the quality of work and professionalism.

"APS installed a River Pools 16x36 fiberglass pool in our backyard between May and July 2023. While there were some delays with some of the patio materials, we were very pleased with the final result and the pricing was competitive. Keith was very responsive and helped us with getting our pool balanced and ready for swimming."

"The company has a small parking lot, which made it particularly easy to drop off and pick up the lamps.
I took the lamps in, they gave me a verbal estimate. Once I agreed to the estimate, they gave me a written one and told me I could wait as it wouldn't take long (I had an appointment, so I said I would come back in about 2 hours).
When I arrived to pick up the lamps they were ready to go and at the quoted price."

"good. Except when he replaced the humidifier filter. He installed it and then he said he forgot to mention it was going to be $35 dollars for it. I"

"My hot tub was extremely dirty and full of calcium buildup. I went ahead and called to see if they can provide a cleaning service and it came out spotless and shiny! They did a great job!! Highly recommend them! Reliable, efficient and trustworthy!"

"We had let our pool go, lots of leaves and debris in the pool. John was great! Came out the following day, performed all that was asked and then some. Trouble shooted our filter, made recommendations for future maintenance. I would definitely recommend them to perform all your pool service needs. Jason-Mokena"

"We had a very difficult project -- the existing concrete and fence had to replaced, along with the pool's concrete bottom, vinyl liner, and some of the plumbing. Midwest Aquatics was the only contractor of 4 or 5 who examined the job, that would do all of the work (concrete & pool work). The quality of workmanship was good, as long as my wife or I was staying on top of the work being done -- however, when we weren't able to watch over the details, MWA's project management and communications were poor. There were several cases where re-work had to be done, 2 serious issues that we're still stuck with, and contention over $$$ owed."

"CHW was very responsive to my claim (swimming pool circulation pump failed). However, CHW was unable to find a local service provider. After 10 days, my pool was experiencing an algae bloom and I needed to do something quickly. I found a service provider who fixed the pump (bad capacitor) for $50...just a few dollars more than the $45 that would have been out of pocket for a CHW agent to fix the pump."

"These guys are awesome. They completely transformed my backyard. From building an amazing retaining wall to grading my lawn, they go above and beyond. Jorges crew was very respectful. Jay even met with the city engineer to make sure everyone was on the same page. They fixed the slope of my yard and made it breath-taking. I will use them again when needed. Thank you very much for your help, time, and workmanship"
