Best window pros near Carol Stream, IL

"We are very happy with Premier Windows. The quality and installation work was efficient and professional. We ordered just before the covid19 lockdown began, and wondered how it would come together. Being older, we worried about letting a crew into our home, but decided it would be a go. The crew wore masks, worked quickly and were conscientious of distancing. The workmanship was excellent, the product is of great quality, and we found Pat Patel, the company rep, honest and informative. Pricing, while still expensive, at $5950, was approximately 1/3 less than other estimates. We would definitely hire again, and will highly recommend."

"It went extremely well. Being female, many contractors gave me obscenely high quotes and didn't detail out prices (which I requested). Working with John at Best Windows was such a pleasure. He listened to my needs, was candid, honest, and detailed out pricing. Also, he provides the highest quality service for the best price. His team (pleasant & professional) Installed 14 windows. I expected minor issues. And John/team were quick to respond and fixed them immediately. I highly, highly recommend Best Windows."

"Amazing! This product is exactly what I was looking for. Professional/expert installation and service. Will be using Excel Window Tinting in the near future for another home project."

"Chicago Window Guys provided me with 8 replacement windows in my condo unit. The windows were fitted very well, and they were able to remove my old windows and install my new windows in a very timely manner. In addition, they were able to replace windows on the fourth floor of my building, while many other companies I contacted were not willing or able to do so! The warranty they provide with their windows also provides great peace of mind."

"Karl and his installers are amazing! Communication was great and fast! Windows look amazing and we couldnâ t be happier!!! Never thought i would be this happy getting new windows but we are beyond excited. Price was absolutely reasonable and the explanation from Karl was very thorough so we could get exactly what we needed for our house! Donâ t go anywhere else! Karl is your man!!"

"The person that came to our home for the quote was friendly and knowledgeable. We were going to have 4 windows fixed with new glass inserts. After his inspection, he suggested to do 2 windows. He was honest and a pleasure to deal with. He was the installer as well and did an outstanding job with the glass replacements. He cleaned up the entire work area before he left and you couldnâ t even tell he had been here. We really appreciate his concern for our home and property. The office team even followed up with a call to see if we had any questions and if we were happy with the work. We canâ t recommend this company enough. We are completely satisfied with their work and customer service."

"It went very well Gus explained everything from process, how long it would take and pricing. Once the windows arrived they did the job in 1 day very quickly. Love the new windows and for sure I will call again to complete another project in our home. Great work done. From: Leo & Rosy"

"Apollo did an exceptional job on fixing multiple window screens for our home. They were professional, quick, and courteous. Weâ ll be using them for all of our window needs."

"The previous owner I bought the house from concealed the rotten windows and the home inspector my realtor recommended did not mention that the windows need to be replaced. 5 years later, water started to come into the house and I learned that not only I need windows, but my house susteined significant damage. I looked for a local company willing not only to replace the windows, but to fix the potential damage as much as possible. Not a same day or 2 days replacement company that will slap the new window in the rotten frame but someone willing to replace a rotten stud or seal. And I found Travis that made me an excellent impresaion- honest, knowledgeable and surprisingly, not pushy. After an initial quote I let it sit for about 2 weeks until I decided and except an email asking me if I have more questions...which I had -about 10 of them lol, he let me decide. In 4 weeks his team was already on site. Now his guys are the best. I had Adam and Rafal installing my windows and oh, my , when they opened the walls I was looking in disbelief at the rotten wood. They were able to replace all that rotten wood including wood studs, top and bottom seal, joists, etc and make the window casing look like new. Most companies either walk away or cover the rot but these guys were absolutely amazing. Every detail was adressed and every concern was answered. And I was not an easy customer because I was over concerned and watched everything they did, asking a bunch of questions. Yeah, that kind of a customer. What can I say. There are a lot of windows companies but these guys standed apart being able to handle this complex and challenging project. Highly recommended, a company that stands apart through the quality of work and professionalism."

"In progress, used them in the past for other windows very satisfied."
