"Flo arrived on time as scheduled for the project. All necessary supplies were on hand. He and his associate worked smoothly together. The project consisted of replacing 11 steps and risers and all stair trim. Flo completed the carpentry part in one day. His painters came the next day and applied 2 coats of paint. The porch looks great. The project price was fair and competitive. Not only are we 100% satisfied with Osman Carpentry, but we are scheduled to have them complete another 3 projects for us and probably a 4th project after that. You will be glad you hired them. It was a pleasure doing business with them."

"I hired Drew Pro Carpentry to install several interior slab doors as well as an exterior storm door. Drew responded to my request very quickly, had a very reasonable rate, gave great communication, and workmanship was solid. On day one, he offered to assist with getting the doors picked up from the store and moved to my home after the initial vendor failed. He held his installation date on the day after July 4th. I have an older home, the doors required some specialty cuts to ensure a good fit and Drew did a great job of ensuring they were cut well. Drew was professional, communicative, and dependable."

My wife were in a bind because we want to replace our refrigerator, which when we bought six years ago during a complete kitchen remodel fit nicely into the designated spot including a nice wooden frame that was built to give the refrigerator a "built-in" look. But now that we want to replace the refrigerator we found that virtually none available today would fit in that spot. Dan did a great job on the carpentry and repainting and also made some clever and cost saving recommendations that will avoid future weather related damage. Overall: an outstanding job done quickly, thoroughly and professionally....5 stars all the way. Notice on the 2 photos below: Dan suggested I go from spruce on the gable to vinyl siding that matched the rest of my house. This substitution looks great and saved me a bundle."

"DAL did great work with our big job! They did a front and back deck replacement with additional repairs (back basement wall was in bad shape once deck came off and front window under deck needed reframing). Tim was the single point-of-contact for all the teams: concrete team for the front pad and piers, carpenter team for all the deck work, back concrete pad and piers and wall rebuild, and additional drywall team for rebuild finishing. When the need for repairs was identified, Tim clearly explained the issue and laid out options with rough cost estimates. We went with DAL because they had done a deck down the street last year that looked really good, so we didn't really shop around - that said, they probably aren't the cheapest, but any additional cost is evident in the quality of work and ease of experience! Last note - it took most of a year from contract to build start, so plan ahead!"

I must admit I had reservations trusting estimates after my last experience with the contractor that stained my deck a couple years ago. Daniel took time to explain to me the areas that needed extra care and how he could fix what the other company did wrong. He wasn't pushy and understanding my prior experience, he confirmed my comfort throughout each step of his process. Although it took more time and work, Daniel and his team took their time to sand the whole deck to ensure they did a great job, were proud of their work, and would have a satisfied costumer.
