"I met Frank Mannella on a Saturday morning to receive a quote. My first observation was that he was on time. Secondly, he was very personable and direct in inspecting the project in question and provided a quote, which included materials and labor. We set a date for the job to be completed and he called to confirm the start date. On the day of the project, Frank arrived right within the time frame given and went straight to work. Mr. Mannella and his assistant worked continuously until the project was done. Upon completion, I inspected the work and could not be more pleased.
