I could not recommend Luis and LTIII more!! We could not be happier with the both the quality, timeliness and service we received for our bathroom renovation. We ran into some unforeseen challenges (historic home) and changing schedule (other contractors) and Luis was flexible and accommodating throughout. We will be calling LTIII first for all of our home reno needs!

Agreeable, courteous, friendly, amazing follow-up, reasonable costs and very good work! I can heartily recommend Luis and Luis Jr for your home improvement needs. They painted a bedroom's wall and ceiling for me, painted four doors and their cases and removed/installed track lighting fixtures. They cleaned up after themselves. The communication was at a level rare in the contractor business, both by phone and email. You won't go wrong with LTIII!

Luis was very fair on his price and came back to give a second coat to our garage floor when the first coat clearly did not cover adequately. There were also some issues with moisture in the garage walls that precluded the paint from sticking but he was able to resolve those.

Great to work with. Fair pricing. Startded up on time every time. My only concern, was in the detail of the work.

Luis was very professional, punctual and honest. He responded quickly to my post for a quote on a kitchen tile backsplash. He started work when he said he would and completed when he said he would. He was also very clean and did really great work. I would absolutely recommend him and would hire him again.

Very proactive about scheduling and returned emails and texts within minutes. Was receptive to changes to tile placement design on site and made modifications as needed for the glass backsplash in the new kitchen. Luis did a wonderful job keeping the job site clean and even came back to turn on the gas which he had forgotten to switch back on when he disconnected the range for the tiling work. The tiling work is also impeccable and detail oriented. Will definitely keep him as my go-to tile contractor going forward.
