"When the February storms rolled through northern Illinois they contained winds of over 60 MPH. The winds were so strong they tore off shingles across our entire roof along with parts of the soffit and light fixtures that were attached to it. One, the initial consultation lasted 7 hours. Between discussions about the roof to the actual roof inspection. Second. The Forman on the job barely spoke English. There was a gap that had to be overcame for understanding my questions I had. Towards the end, he offered to call someone to translate but that, I felt, was too little to late. But like I stated earlier, the group as a whole worked very hard and the roof looks great."
