No hidden fees or language. Our representative was easy to talk to, made last-minute adjustments before the work started, and was available throughout the project. Each crew that came to complete the work were professional, kind, and had top notch skills. They were very tidy too- and cared about my three dogs’ safety. The project manager addressed all my questions and completed a thorough inspection with me post project. The warranty on work is best in class as well. I am going to use A&D for my future projects. "The roof and trim were done, and look great. But I have a couple of issues .The crew was very unfriendly. I came out just to say hi, and they sneered at me and walked away without a word. Also, after they left I found out that they apparently cut an electric wire as I had a tripped breaker and now some of my electric baseboard heaters don't work. This was in an area where they replaced sheathing material right over my breaker box. I contacted the rep, who acknowledged my issue and I am waiting to hear back."
