Both men were very friendly and answered all our questions. We couldn't be more excited about our new fireplace and cannot wait to show it off! "They were WONDERFUL! The upstairs chimney was an easy fix, it just needed the new damper and cleaning and tuckpointing of the inside bricks. They even spray painted them at no extra cost. The downstairs chimney presented a problem as the old flue had unexpected twists and turns and was really old and had not been well-kept (we just bought the place and it's 90+ years old.) However, they stuck to the original estimate price and made the fireplace like new! What is amazing is that although there was a lot of soot, dirt, grout and other messy stuff, they kept everything neat and clean and made sure when they left it was as if they had never been there. The price was a bit higher than other estimates, but I chose them because of other stellar reviews on Angie's List. It proved a great choice. They were timely and efficient and even came a week earlier than the estimated appointment date when they had a cancellation. I am extremely pleased and can't wait until the cold weather to enjoy a clean like-new fireplace. Overall a fantastic job!"

"Dereck and his crew did an excellent job on our fireplace inspection, so we hired him for a repair of our chimney. He found a gas leak in our basement while he was cleaning the fireplace soot collector. They did everything they said for a reasonable price and showed us before and after photos to demonstrate their efficiency. We highly recommend them. It’s great when an organization is so reliable and competent!"
