I asked a few questions and asked them to perform a test with a hose to insure that what they were saying was correct. They did so and the water leak did appear. They did the repair work at that time and inspected on more thing before they left. We have had a couple of rain storms since the repair with no leakage. They were polite, courteous, and on time. I was also given a discount for being a veteran, which I had not asked for but received when the tech noticed the license plate on my car. I would definitely use them again without hesitation."
