Due to supply shortage he couldn't get another one and the one he had was cracked anyway. So here we are October when the fence was done in May, being ghosted when all we want is the money for the gates and labor costs refunded. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but now not being answered is the last straw."

"We ordered a window from them the end of April. The beginning of June they came to put the window in. They had ordered the wrong size. The said that they would rush order it and we would have it in a month. After waiting a month and not hearing from them, we called to find out when the window would be put in and they said that they would check and get back with us. After many more calls we were told that the window wouldn't be in until July 23rd. We requested a refund and after many more calls were told that they don't give refunds. The window was finally installed on August 2nd over a week after they received it. We will never do business with them again.!"

Overall fencing was good but I was charged for branch removal from a tree even though their estimator told me that they will take care of everything. Moreover, they had cut two of my sprinkler pipes and did not even inform me about it. My garden was flooded in the morning as I had my sprinkler to run every day early in the morning. All that I was asking was to reimburse $200 paid to their crew to remove the branches but no they would not. So watch out for all the hooks and hidden costs. Not ethical"

I will then email an estimate of the project to you to overlook with no pressure. Then as work begins I will email the invoices to you. Those are to be paid upon arrival. I will ask for 40% up front for material. But all of this can be worked out to best fit your needs I will be doing 99% of the work myself. I do have licensed plumbers that will be available if you have plumbing jobs that need done. I do have a full time job. So most of my work is performed after I am off work and on the weekends. I have been known to take time off work to work on clients projects.
