the biggest problem was the customer service rep who sold us a contract for fence repair. after 3 months and no work was done or no feedback from rep. we call main office and explain problem. the office had to order the lumber needed. within 4 days project was done. once work started it went well. the fence looks good. the customer rep we had was useless and was no help. he should find another job. bad experience with the customer rep.

I don't no no one has ever showed to even look at the job so you would have to ask them

3 posts needed to be replaced along with one slat. Although I thought the repair was a little expensive, I did not get other estimates. They were responsive and did a very good job.

The guys were amazing. they worked under terrible conditions, low temperature, snow on the ground. That's why I always use Classic Fence. I've used them several times now, and am always satisfied.

Posts were put in as scheduled despite poor weather. The chain-link portion was slightly delayed due to weather and the need for the posts to have more setup time which I agreed with and thought was the smart thing to do. The guys had good attention to detail and made sure we agreed with how the fencing turned out around a couple of trees.

Guys did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. Also, went out of their way to have an additional post brought out, and I am not close, because I made a minor change. Overall good experience.

I hired Classic Fence to tear down my old fence and install new wood fence around my backyard. They did a fantastic job. I've gotten a bunch of compliments from my neighbors from how good it looks. Classic Fence, gave me the best price and quikest turn around. I do not regret my decision to hire them for the job.

The biggest hassle was getting an accurate Plat of Survey, which was needed to get a building permit.

This company used the parkway in front of my house as a staging area. They left behind in my parkway, rocks, dirt, clay and pieces of plastic that were trimmed from the fence they installed for my neighbor. This is very unprofessional and that is why I would not hire them to install a fence for me.

From start to finish with meeting them at their office to the installers were all very customer centered and fantastic. They did an outstanding job all the way through.

We needed to replace 375 feed of fence and Classic Fence gave us the best quote of the three companies we talked to. The fence is only a few weeks old so I can't talk longevity but the installation process was great. The initial sales rep was the only one who identified that we needed a specialty gate and warned us of some damage that would be done to a stone walkway due it to it being too close to the gate. I was told that our installation would take 2-3 days but it ended up taking 6. The delay was worth it because they were often waiting for the correctly cut piece, and I'd prefer they take longer to do the job than do a poor job just so they could finish. We have an angled piece of fence in the front yard and all other companies told me they couldn't do it, but Classic Fence said they could do it, and made sure they did it correctly. I was very impressed with the precision of the installation team, all posts are the same height and the fence looks great. The installers conferred with me when there was a decision to make about a fence post, and i appreciated being consulted instead of them making assumptions. With 375 feet of fence there are bound to be some imperfections but I am very happy with the finished results. The team did leave behind one of the posts from the old fence sticking out of the ground and Classic Fence sent someone the day after I called to remove the fence. All in all I was very impressed with the professionalism of the installers. This fence was not cheap and I was a little concerned based on the amount of fence we need (and its on a corner and white picket!) but it turned out great!
