"We had a blockage in our main sewer pipe under the basement floor. It turns out we had an old flood control gate that had collapsed. It was about 80% closed, so water was not able to get out of the house appropriately. I called several companies and not only was Robert's price reasonable, he was the most knowledgable and willing to talk through the issue and the solution. Robert, Phillip, and his crew were able to break up the concrete floor and replace the pipe despite the fact that it was encased in several feet of concrete and was located right near our fireplace. It was a bigger job than we anticipated due to the original pipe being encased in much more concrete than is typically used, but they were able to take care of everything without destroying the walls or fireplace. The new pipe was put in, and the hole was patched with cement. I can't say enough good things about the planning and work that Robert and his crew did. They were skilled and professional and a pleasure to do business with. Despite the large hole in the floor, the clean up was impressive. Half way through the process when we saw just how big and difficult the job was, I felt confident that we chose the right company. This problem could have been a lot worse, and I am glad we trusted Lincoln Sewer and Drainage to take care of it. They also noticed that our catch basin needed minor cement repair, and took care of that while they were here. "We were in the inspection process of buying a house, and Greg agreed to do an estimate, even though we knew the crawlspace might have been a deal breaker for us since it was in pretty bad shape.  The home inspector suggested a vapor barrier.  I searched Angie's list and found Greg and his crew.  
Another local company I called would not come out to do an estimate since it was only a home inspection, and we weren't 100% sure we were going to buy the house, let alone complete the work after the purchase.
Upon talking with Greg the first time, I had a feeling that he was going to do a good job and be easy to work with.  He was very straight forward and truthful.
The crawlspace was a dirt floor, and probably hadn't been touched in over 20 years.  It was dank, wet, full of bugs as evidenced by the webs and old traps.  It was also had the beginnings of some rather serious issues from the neglect.  The bones were good, but it was definitely time to dry it out and start over.  Originally, I was looking to get the sealed with concrete and Greg suggested a new material, a spray on material, to use instead.  He assured me it would be strong enough to be used for storage items.  It would also save us 4 inches of clearance over the concrete, which makes a difference in a crawl space.  I decided to go with it, even though it was a brand new method at the time for Greg and his team.
 We decided to move forward and buy the house and we also decided to hire Greg and team to help transform the space in to a working storage area.
I could not be more happy with the result.  Greg's team showed up and immediately got to work.  Even though the house was not being lived in at the time and other contractors were there, the entrance and work areas were covered in plastic which is good thing as the guys coming out of the crawl were covered in mud.  I was surprised out how swiftly the crew got to work.  They got the job done quickly, and were extremely professional throughout the entire process.
After a fantastically wet spring, it turns out that a foundation crack was causing some very minor seepage from the outside after all of the work was complete.  Other houses in the area had their entire basements and crawls completely flooded.  Greg came back and sealed a very small crack free of charge to finish up the job.
I wish I had more crawlspaces to give Greg and his team more work.  I will definitely use them again should the need arise."

"Brian and his crew returned to my building on a warranty followup- their previous work done wonders for my flooding problems, but my foundation walls are apparently made of swiss cheese and there was one small seepage problem remaining which only shows up during a "100 year rain event".  Brian indicated that they go for 100%, not 99% and scheduled time to come back out to my building to address the issue under the warranty (a.k.a. free of charge) from the original work.  They came back out, dug up the foundation again, and found a crack hidden behind an old hasty concrete patching job that had been tarred over, which was determined to be causing the remaining seepage.  They repaired the crack and were done with the whole task in only hours.  I am a repeat customer, and can't say enough good things about Crawlspace and Basement Waterproofing solutions, they are friendly, helpful, and most of all, stand behind their work!

"They arrived promptly, and got right to work. They maintained a good work pace. If they encountered a minor obstacle, they informed me and gave me my options. They cleaned up the area very well before leaving. The company that cleaned up the debris left on plastic sheeting on the lawn did a poor job (it was a contracted hauling service). I called High Tech and they were out very quickly to clean up the mess, and even offered to put sod where the grass might have been exposed to concrete dust and other particles. They were friendly and professional. Their sales person seemed very honest and seemed to bend over backwards to please me. I would recommend them to a close relative, friend, or neighbor in a heart-beat!"

"Don't waste time with a bunch of estimates, these are the only people you need to do your concrete work, they are professional, meticulous in their work and priced very fairly. Rob the owner came out ON TIME, walked thru the job with me and discussed some options, code requirements etc. His estimate was professional and exact, laid out in detail, his price is set unlike others who gave me estimates based on how much gravel I might or might not need. He did everything according to Bolingbrook Code so all contractors need to follow these codes, so in reality the job comes down to experience, work quality and concrete supplier, and Rob and his workers are the best, they used Ozinga concrete a top company for concrete. First they showed up on time and worked almost non stop, I can't even recall them stopping for lunch. Everything I asked of them they did and more, including increasing the job size that same day. I had both sidewalks on each side of my garage replaced including the front door stoop pad. The day of work I asked if they would replace the final 20 feet and grill pad extending into my backyard, which was not included in the original estimate since I had originally stopped the project at my side gate. This wasn't originally included, we thought that at this point we just wanted it all replaced and without hesitation they tore up and replaced that additional 20 feet and installed a old concrete pad that was coming up out of the ground, priced at the same cost per foot for the original sidewalk, so it was easy to determine the additional cost. They did this without hesitation even though it added ultimately to their long work day. Where the original sidewalks and driveway intersected I had a sharp 90deg turn in the sidewalk that they opened up into large curves that open up the walkway into the driveway that looks incredible. In their experience, professionalism and insight, to prevent water from the gutters draining onto the driveway which is where they were draining, they took my downspouts and ran underground drain tile with pop ups in my lawn so all water from those gutters gets drained downhill onto my lawn not on the driveway or sidewalk. This was no added to the cost but part of their concern for safety of water and ice on the driveway. I had asked for a California finish which they did a tremendous job at. I believe Rob had at minimum 4 people stop for business cards and my neighbors and people walking by have commented on how nice the driveway looks. I can't say enough how precise and meticulous they are at their profession. I am sure many concrete companies do competent work but why pay nearly double as one estimate came in at, and another company cancelled one appointment, change it and was late to that and their estimate came in an email that had nothing broken down and one company had came out from Home Advisor and I never heard from them again for over a month later and they had the audacity to put in my PayPal accoun"
