"US Waterproofing was great. Finished job looks terrific and they did a tremendous job cleaning up after themselves. In particular, it appears their dust remediation system really did the trick because I was expecting a ton of dust from the jack-hammering and their really isn't ANY to speak of. I want to give a particular shout-out to the crew that worked on my job. The initial work was on a cold, rainy, miserable day and those guys went in-and-out of my house all day long lugging buckets of dirt by hand. Hard to think of a more thankless task in worse conditions--but those guys worked their butts off. I was thoroughly impressed. Wish I knew their names--but thanks so much. Great work."

"These guys are amazing! They took a concrete pad, cut it in half and raised one section to create a step. This allowed for easy entry into our building instead of a high stair. Secondly, they leveled a 50 foot long span of sidewalk where each section tipped a different direction. It was a mess and they made it smooth and hazard free."

My back porch was sagging because of the broken pipe, so Phil brought in concrete blocks to prop it up temporarily until I can have it repaired. Great work, and concerned about my safety. Jason came out within a day or two from my initial email and we discussed all the options/services they provided (liner, concrete, crack repair, and spray foam insulation. I really appreciated how he discussed the pros and cons of each solution and his low pressure style.
ABC Crawlspaces prices were the the lowest of all the bids I got and I was even told by other insulation companies if I could get closed cell insulation for that cost that I should go for it. The best thing was their service and quality of work. It is rare to find a company that has fair prices and good service, but ABC Crawlspaces is one of those companies. "They were excellent. Brian was able to come by for an estimate very quickly, and gave a thorough assessment of what work needed to be done. The estimate was a great price. Brian was able to get us on the schedule quickly. The crew arrived on time. The crew was friendly, and kept us updated throughout the day. In addition, Brian kept us updated, and came by to oversee the progress. They also added a few other services (such as removing and replacing old cement sink, removing water damaged wood partition). What really blew me away was that they fixed our backyard fence while they were waiting for the concrete delivery!
The work was completed in one day. They cleaned up after themselves, and the results look good. I recommend them highly!
