"Matt Skubiz team from Dream Home Exteriors did a phenomenal job. My roof required a double tear off and partial plywood underlayment replacement. His team of very hardworking roofers came and finished everything in one day! Very importantly, a few things really to Matt's credit and all the people that work for him. Phone calls promptly returned, usually within minutes. Start to finish in one day. Took proactive steps to protect the landscape, central air, garage doors, etc... Cleaned up! Did a really good job at cleaning up. Several of my neighbors commented to me as well that they were impressed at how well of a job they did. I also had 1 piece of aluminum fascia that needed replacement which they replaced and matched very well to existing that had been put up about 17 years ago. I sought out bids from multiple roofers, with Matt's being the most competitive, despite 1 of the other bids using exactly the same materials. Matt also has a greater detailed contract, spelling out clearly what's included, so you don't have to guess. Some of the other contracts I reviewed were not very complete, nor as professional looking. He has a very well rounded approach from start to finish and respectful as well. "Our experience with A&D was excellent. After 5 quotes (A&D being the first) and reading through the contracts, not only was A&D's the most direct, but they were also the most honest. No hidden fees or language. Our representative was easy to talk to, made last-minute adjustments before the work started, and was available throughout the project. Each crew that came to complete the work were professional, kind, and had top notch skills. They were very tidy too- and cared about my three dogs’ safety. The project manager addressed all my questions and completed a thorough inspection with me post project. The warranty on work is best in class as well. I am going to use A&D for my future projects. "Starting from when I began getting quotes from roofers, I was thoroughly impressed with Eugene and his company Estate Exteriors. He came to my house, inspected my roof, then sat down with me and explained the whole roofing process from beginning to end including the cost (no payment until the work was completed). He was never pushy but wanted to make sure all my questions were answered. When I finally made the decision to choose Estate Exteriors, Eugene helped me choose the shingle color and, again made sure any questions were answered. Once the crew arrived, they immediately got to work. If they found needed roof repair, phots were taken which Eugene shared with me. When the work was completed, clean-up was excellent, and Eugene returned the next day to inspect the work and do any extra clean-up. I am very happy with my new roof and know that I chose the right company. I would recommend it to anyone needing a new roof."
