First of all every other company we received quotes from wanted to tear off our roof, which would have raised the project price by almost 200%. David analyzed our situation and told us that since we only had one layer of old roof that was covered by a few thousand pounds of gravel, he would be able to reroof over the existing roof. He first removed and hauled away all that gravel and installed a beautiful torch applied roof over the existing roof. He even added some extra work at no extra charge.
