From the proposal/quote stage all the way through payment, everything was fully communicated, executed quickly, and delivered with the utmost attention to detail —probably 2-3 weeks from first contact to finished work. They fixed the tuck pointing on our very old, crumbling limestone foundation and installed 3 glass brick windows. Even rough areas I would've expected them to miss because I hadn't explicitly pointed them out were touched up. Would definitely use again in the future. THANKS"

"This review is for the work on my roof and siding that was done in early Fall of 2024. If I could leave more than 5 Stars, I would. I lucked into finding DuPage Construction as I had previously chosen another company that wasn't the best with their communication and ended up switching to DuPage Construction. I could tell from the start, that I wasn't just another customer. All the staff, I had dealt with from ****, ***** ****** *****, ****, were very professional and personable. The insurance claim I received and passed on to DuPage was explained to me and I didn't feel like any questions I had were a bad question. The process of selecting roof and siding colors went smoothly too. I had asked and was provided with addresses of houses they had done in the area so I can see my color choices in my own eyes. The sub contractors they used for the roof and siding were personable and professional as well. They tidied up after each day and provided updates when they would be back and what was left to be done. All in all, I'm extremely grateful and cant thank the DuPage group enough. They were very patient and understanding and were willing to work through my situation. I hope you'll give them an opportunity to earn your business."

"Had a leak in my roof by the chimney. Roof is 8 years old. The previous roofing company that installed the roof did not flash the chimney, and this was the cause of the leak. Gustafson Roofing came promptly to my house, identified the problem, offered me a written estimate the next day, and came three days later with a 5 man roofing crew and all of the correct materials to reroof a section of the roof, flash the chimney, and end the leak. They did very professional work, completed the job, and cleaned the site. The price was the same as the estmate. Would use them for a new roof in the future when that day arrives!"

Services provided Drake provides both residential and commercial services. We decorate many of Chicago’s high end neighborhoods but no job is too small. We also provide services to many commercial customers completing interiors and exteriors for McDonald’s, Burger King’s, Enterprise car rentals, hotels, restaurants, Doctors offices, Country Clubs, Associations, and Dentist offices, to name only a few. Interior Drake carries out all manner of drywall and plaster repair. We strip wallpaper, remove paneling, remove unwanted woodwork and perform full preparation to all surfaces prior to painting or paper hanging. We help with color selections and will paint sample boards for our customers. We do a wide range of faux finishes and have display boards to help with selection. We hang all manner of wall coverings and all fifty-four inch vinyl goods. We also install decorative trim such as crown moldings, chair rails, casings, frame moldings, and baseboards. We paint all surfaces including walls, ceilings, woodwork, metal work and floorings. Our capabilities include spray painting kitchen and bathroom cabinets for a fresh new look without you having to replace them. Exterior Full preparation is a must for a quality exterior job. Washing is important for a clean surface but does not replace the hard work of scraping and sanding. We paint and stain all wood exteriors as well as priming and painting of vinyl and metal surfaces. We have also carried out a variety of jobs such as painting hopscotch and four square courts for schools and painting signs for businesses. We have no issue with two or three story homes and buildings. We clean and refurbish decking and will stain and seal your deck to make it look like new.

"Drake was hired to strip and refinish painted exterior railings on a deck in the Fall of 2024. While the ?finished? railings looked good in the short term on inspection for payment, the workmanship did not hold up and the paint has been falling off and chipping in huge chunks. What is easy to understand is that paint hides a lot of shoddy work. I wish I would been more experienced and realized that this could be done so poorly. I do not think they actually stripped and primed the railings before just slathering a heavy vat of paint over the old paint."
