After torrential downpours today, our neighborhood sewers couldn't keep up - our new drain tile and pit has been running for the past 2 hours, and has kept our basement completely dry. I could not be happier! I deducted a star only because the crew who completed the work left our basement an absolute mess after the work was done. "I got the referral from home advisor, and Anthony called about 3 hours later, and said he could come by in about 2 hours. About 1 ½ hours later he is at the door. he listened to my problem, explained what needed to be done, gave an estimate on rodding before starting, and then cleared the drain, then gave an estimate on the other problems I had. His first priority was that my drain was cleared. He made me feel as though he really cared his work, and his customers. I will be calling him back for the minor work as soon as I can. Thanks"

He suggested placing a tray under the tank that has a drain hose just in case the new tank eventually leaks then it won’t run all over my basement. Our job will not be complete until a concrete patch is installed over the work area but we expect that that will be completed once the weather permits as explained to us.
