Awful. Made an appointment with him after having an urgent issue only for him to turn around within 5 seconds of seeing me and said he can't help me. He didn't even try to identify the issue. I needed him to see if my kitchen pipes were clogged since my sink was backed but and he didn't even bother. Go elsewhere.
Response from Good Work Plumbing and Electrical
"This customer recently bought this home a few months ago, whom I have never worked for, called me at 3 pm Wednesday something about a kitchen sink clog, I told him I could take a look at it first thing in the morning. When I got there he then said his new sink is not connected, and his contractor (licensed or not?) had cut out the 1-1/2" PVC kitchen sink drain pipe in the wall behind the dishwasher that was cut out going to a cast iron drain pipe behind the dishwasher that they were trying to unclog. Only there for 1 minute feeling uneasy with the situation the way everything looked I decided to pass on this job, then apologized to him for any inconvenience and thanked him for calling. I decided to pass on this job because it looked like it was under construction and the drain pipes cut out behind the DW left wide open from someone trying hard to unclog it. This was not installed correctly and by someone who did not know what their doing."

After hours of trying to free the stuck plunger in the overflow pipe, Patrick was able to free it with a sprinkler removal tool and some brute force. He managed to avoid having to cut holes in drywall to cut the pipe out and was able to save us a lot of time, frustration and money. He also installed some new pop up drains in two sinks. Overall a great plumber and wonderfully professional.

$180
After he detached and moved the hot water heater, he just left the hot water heater.  After he left the showers weren't working.  I called him to see if he could fix it.  He said he wouldn't come back because I wouldn't pay him, but I had already paid for the original service.
Response from Good Work Plumbing and Electrical
"She called me for a small leak on a pipe fitting above the water heater which I repaired no problem $180 then a week later she calls me because she said her ice maker stopped working, and she wants it fixed for free because she said I had the whole house water shut off and that caused the problem. At the time of this job when I was there this house still has the old iron rusty piping, nothing updated."
