They also replaced a leaky faucet in my bathroom. The price quote I received from them was about half the cost from another company that I was connected to through Angi’s list so overall I am very happy. They were fast, professional, courteous, explained everything, and cleaned up everything after the job was done. I highly recommend Mario & Sons for any work that you need completed. Was not told ahead of time that I would need to pay 408 dollars for essentially hooking up a wet vac to the end of a pipe and turning it on for thirty seconds Expected to pay $200 Actual payment was $493 Line codes from the invoice S-Service Call $85.00 S-Blow Out Condensate Drain $408.00 DESCRIPTION OF WORK / RECOMMENDATIONS from vendor Condensate pvc drain clogged with sludge & slime. Cleared condensate drain with nitrogen & vacuum. Unit draining properly after repair. 0ppm co reading. No gas leaks found. Customer recently had a cc completed. All ok at departure. Recommendation is that if you need this service performed is to get a quote in writing from the vendor ahead of time or just get a shop vac and do it yourself. Will not recommend although would like to hear vendor response as to how this poor customer experience could work better. (UPDATE): The Vendor has reached out to try and mitigate the cost and is much appreciated."

"I had a kitchen sink that was draining very slowly and would back up. Additionally, I had a laundry tub that was draining very slowly. Jason & Chris promptly came to rod pipes. They both were professional and answered my numerous questions. The rodding of kitchen drain took longer than I expected because the kitchen drain did not clear immediately. They were were patient and worked through the presenting issues with both the kitchen sink and laundry tub. They also spent time after rodding pipes to look at a potential future project. I look forward to using perma seal in the future."

"My existing window well had pulled back from the homes foundation over the past 20 years, allowing water and sediment to enter the well. Sediment would plug the drain causing water to build up and create an aquarium in the window well. You pass waterproofing installed a new window well and securely fastened it to the cement foundation. They carefully removed the previous window well and took care not to brutalize the surrounding landscape. Completely satisfied with their work"

"Austin and his crew were great. The Real Seal staff is professional, courteous and on time. They gave accurate estimates, time frames and provided real solutions. Replacing the sump pit created a mess as they basically had to dig a new pit. The crew did a great job cleaning up. By the time the crew was gone you would have never known they were there. We have used The Real Seal in the past when we needed an additional sump pit and an interior drain tile in the opposite side of the house. We had had minor water seepage issues for many years and was unable to determine the cause. Austin took the time to work the issues, determined the cause and came up with a great solution. We have had no issues and many heavy rains in the past couple of years since the work was completed. Without the work done by The Real Seal we would have definitely had water issues. We have used The Real Seal in the past, and if we have issues that they work on, we would definitely use them in the future."
