"We ordered a window from them the end of April. The beginning of June they came to put the window in. They had ordered the wrong size. The said that they would rush order it and we would have it in a month. After waiting a month and not hearing from them, we called to find out when the window would be put in and they said that they would check and get back with us. After many more calls we were told that the window wouldn't be in until July 23rd. We requested a refund and after many more calls were told that they don't give refunds. The window was finally installed on August 2nd over a week after they received it. We will never do business with them again.!"

"Our Larson storm door closer was caught by the wind and ripped the bracket away from the exterior door frame. Chris Engle promptly arrived when he said he would. Polite and professional, he accessed the damage and told me what he could do on the spot for the least amount of money. Not a pretty job for what he had to work with unless we wanted to replace the whole door and frame, but he made our exterior door and storm door useable. He also installed a wind chain on the storm door for added protection."

The roof panels look much nicer than i had anticipated. The Tesla panels on the side of the house look very nice. My sales rep / energy consultant (Rock Wiley) I cant say enough about. Extremely knowledgeable & professional kept me informed throughout the entire process. Was always available to answer questions & was on site periodically the day of installation. Walked me through setting up & understanding the apps. I had looked at solar energy companies for a couple years but wanted a local company as i do with all home projects & am glad I waited. My wife & I are super pleased with the entire experience & have several friends & family member getting an install. . Attached is a pic of my last year of Ameren bills.
