"I wanted to hire a cleaning service to help my wife, who at 62, has bad knees and is no longer able to clean like she used to. I work full-time so am unable to help her as much as I would like. We met with Khrystal of Excaliber Cleaning Service, who was very pleasant. My wife walked her through the house, showing her all the rooms that needed cleaning and they discussed methods that would be used. Khyrstal used very similar methods as my wife so she was very happy with her. Khrystal stated she needed to do an initial clean for a set price and then she would discuss a go forward price. We settled on a date that she would start. When the date came, I received a message from Khrystal stating she had an unfortunate emergency but that she would contact me and set another date. I responded that I hoped all was okay and that I looked forward to rescheduling. It has been more than a week since she messaged me and she has not rescheduled. I do hope everything is okay but this has soured my wife and I on hiring a cleaning service. If we do, we will not be using Excaliber."
