The two guys who came were helpful and polite and answered all my questions about how to take care of the water heater and got me hot water. I was so excited to have hot water back inside my house. The new water heater works great and it takes longer than 10 minutes before it goes cold. :) They took away the old one and cleaned up afterwards. They did an amazing job.
