He has a lot of integrity and will replace anything that he has done wrong. He is really eager to please. He is a general contractor and has workers that do everything you need done. He is really good at putting up cabinets and redoing the kitchen. I like our kitchen and it looks beautiful. He did a great job. It is really hard when you are working with an existing kitchen because you are working with existing imperfect walls and ceilings that aren't leveled but he did a wonderful job. I think that his price is reasonable but not cheap, and that is because it is of high quality. He was here within two days of my calling to make the bid. He was here early for both jobs to make the bid. You have to wait until he is ready to do it if he is doing a bunch of other jobs but he usually gets somebody out really quick. He will get somebody out to do the labor work that he won’t be doing, and he always introduces them to you. He brings them to you personally for the introduction. He will not allow them inside the house unless you need something

When the raincap was delayed from the manufacturer, Jeff kept me informed and was very apologetic (even though I totally understood that it wasn't his fault.) I asked for references and talked to those folks and went and saw the work he had done before signing a contract with him. Everyone was very pleased with his work. Jeff explained everything about our chimney problem and why it was the way it was. Our house was built in 1941 and they used lime and sand (no cement) to lay the brickwork. He also explained how what he was doing would make the chimney work better and last longer. He is VERY knowledgeable about what he does and is happy to share that knowledge. Punctuality: Jeff showed up when he said he would and if there were going to be any delays, he called. Work Quality: Our 72-year-old chimney looks new! Need I say more? Professionalism: Jeff (and his helper) set up and cleaned up everything. They were totally professional in all they did

He worked with us to provide all details for that process. Once the columns were framed and ready we set a date. Jeff was extremely conscientious with a keen eye for detail. This project was a new venture for us and in several cases we were unsure of which path we should take. Jeff not only was able to offer suggestions but offered these as options for us to view before he did the actual install. He wanted to make sure the finished look was what we would be happy with. We are thrilled so far to say the least! Jeff and his crew took the time to keep us informed as they worked on the project. He will be finishing up in the Spring. - Dobson Chimney & MasonryThe job went very well, there was a mis-communication about an appointment on one day but other than that everything went well and they did great work. The chimneys look much neater and nice now that they have a clean cap on the top, the workers amazed me how quickly they were able to put up a scaffolding and get to work on a very tall chimney, they also accomplished this around our landscaping with out damaging plants etc. Job was done on time too which is always a plus

He was expert at identifying the correct matching rock, and returned promptly at the scheduled time with all the materials to complete the repair. I had previously paid a general contractor twice the money to repair this wall the previous year, only to have the rock fall off again within a couple months. This time, i decided to call a masonry expert, Archetype Masonry. He was able to identify the problem, match the rock exactly, obtain the new materials, and very efficiently and expertly repair the rock wall so it looks like new. I am thrilled with his work and would definitely recommend him

"<p>The owner, Sean, was prompt regarding the initial assessment visit and price estimate. Two men (JT and Matt) were sent out to do this work. Took approximately 3 days to complete (a total of about 15 hours). They were very professional and communicated well regarding the work needing to be done as they pulled old tile off of the floor and wall to make the necessary and appropriate repair. They were very thoughtful regarding the project, kept the area cleaned up at the end of each work day, and the work completed was of EXCELLENT quality! Highly recommend.</p>

"I was concerned by the fact that they tapped into an existing power source, but I was told that it was okay since the range doesn't draw much current. When I asked if there was a way to make the cut out where the gas and electrical come up from the basement look better and more professional, I was told that it was code to leave open and not box it in like they do for new construction on washing machine water supply. When the contractor came to do the gas and electrical installation, they asked my daughter for the invoice. When she said she could print it for them they said "you are the s***" meaning that you are the "bomb" or the best. This was very unprofessional of them.
<br /> After voicing my concerns, the "boss" said that they would install the stove at no charge. For the amount that they charged for just running the gas and electrical, the installation of the range should have been included anyway.

Matt immediately opened communication with our builders to be sure that the site grading, gutter system, and other components would fit with what we eventually desired in our landscape.
