Your carpet gets cleaner, dries faster, and is soft to the touch, none of that ickiness left behind. Because of our patented ZrWater technology, we don't use the soaps or detergents other cleaning companies HAVE to use, so your carpets (and other living surfaces) stay cleaner longer, and aren't toxic to you and your family. We have been servicing the Treasure Valley and surrounding areas for 11 years now, and are excited to continue growing and serving our community.

"My biggest issues: Possible mold and damage to floorboards due to cleaners, damage to furniture, major inconveniences to the household, and no follow-up on resolving issues. The first cleaning left the floor soaking wet and required us to call them out again to fix it after 4 days (pictured). This caused a musty smell, and possibly damaged the floor underneath (we will be looking into that). The second cleaning sucked up the water, but then left a heavy cleaner smell throughout the house and did not remove the cat pee smell. We paid for nothing but a week of inconvenience with loud fans, furniture moved everywhere, and multiple tries to reach out and get this resolved. I vacuumed after the second cleaning and came away with a full container of dirt and debris, so I don't believe they cleaned anything (pictured). Other service disappointments: Unprofessionalism. On the first cleaning, I was discussing charges and final instructions with the cleaner. As we're talking, he stops and looks at the box of donuts on my counter and says "Oh, Krispy Kream. Mind if I have one?" Before I even answer, and as I'm saying "Oh, actually there are only two left and my husband hasn't had any," he's opening and reaching into the box to grab a donut. I gave him a cupcake we had next to the donuts because I felt so awkward about the whole exchange. A minor issue compared to everything else, but still worth noting. I wanted to give Zerorez a chance to fix the mistakes before I left feedback/reviews, so I called multiple times. I was told that customer service couldn't do anything and that HR or the boss would call me back later that day. I received no call back that day, or the day after (today). I have had too many inconveniences and possible major expenses caused at this point. I have shared my experience with family and friends, and now will be sharing this post on all public review sites to warn people of the damage and unprofessionalism of this company. We will be examining the floor, and I will reach out to them again if we find any further damage."

"Steve from brilliant services showed up within a couple days to bid the project. He was informative and thorough. Very personable and had the bid to me same day. His company sent me a thorough bid along with a typed up contract of services to be provided and expectations. They had Mike at my house laying tile within a week. Mike was amazing. He did such a good job and worked extremely quickly. He finished the job by himself in two days. The difficult part was I had already started the project. Mike was able to work off of what I had started and made everything look amazing. I had several bids prior to these guys and I was extremely nervous to just bring anybody in to do tile work. In the state of Idaho the licensing process is minimal at best. Like Mike said there are Tile guys and people that just do tile. But the problem with tile is you don’t get any do overs. Once it’s laid the process to tear it up can cost more than the initial project. Home Depot bid me over 8k and that didn’t even include materials. These guys were a fraction of that cost. They have even been available for text or phone call questions even after the project has been completed. I grouted the tile myself and they have both been available for questions. I would highly recommend these guys for tile work for sure but I’m sure they handle all things in homes with amazing care and service! Matt"

Replacing water heaters or dry rot, fixing something that can be a burden for a home owner but no sweat for us. Very often the best part of this job is helping those in need. Remodel: it's a little self indulgent. And it really shines in photos. We've worked on houses that should have been knocked down, kitchens that people didn't want to go in, basement conversions that started out with trash packed shoulder deep.. but what happens is really remarkable. It becomes lovable again. Transformation instead of replacement. The second chance, breath of life, inspiration combined with some real seriously impressive craftsmanship that makes remodels the heart of the company.

"Joe and his team are first rate. We finally got around to deciding and scheduling our project to replace carpet in five rooms and an additional closet early this year. Just as we were to start the global pandemic put the brakes on the project for us. It was quite easy to work with Joe to delay and then when we were able to reschedule easy to get the project moving. Anthony, Mike and a couple others who worked with them were professional craftsmen all the way. Nothing about this project was simple. Five rooms, 1,500 sq feet, carpet to take out, tile boundaries, closets with built-ins, irregular rooms, 9-inch baseboard, fireplaces, doors, crawlspace hatch etc. From the start the Classic team was great about coming in with masks and setting up separate space to work in providing as much isolation as possible. When the initial finish wasn't as good as they wanted they asked to come in on Saturday so they could make it right (I could not detect anything that was amiss). On the final walkthrough the owner noticed a spot where the finish was not right and pointed it out and fixed it though it was barely noticeable. Great work and would be happy to work with this great shop again."
