The installed back splash looks great. The team was professional, clean and courteous and went above and beyond expectations when I had the wrong piece of trim. The bill was the amount quoted and I would definitely hire Zach again.

Fantastic! We found our 30+ year old shower was leaking into the bedroom below. Not knowing who to call, we turned to Angi's List. We attempted to contact three different tile contractors through the list, and the only response (within the hour, incidentally) was Zach Sampson's Pristine Kitchen and Bath. He came by within a day to look at the project and make an estimate, which included replacing the damaged pan and water damaged sub-floor. He also applied temporary caulk so we could use the shower until he could start the rebuild. While not inexpensive, his estimate included demolition of the existing shower (including a glass brick wall), rebuilding with tile, the necessary glass work and plumbing, and labor. My only additional expense would be actual cost on the tile and new shower fixtures (with a new shower, new fixtures seemed like a great idea). Zack was able to start the project a week earlier than scheduled. He was considerate of our needs. He showed up in the morning at the exact time he said he would each and every day, placed floor protective barriers, and he swept and vacuumed the floor every afternoon before leaving, which allowed us to use the remainder of the bathroom during the night. Zack's thoroughness and work quality was outstanding, including the necessary water damage repairs. He made some artistic suggestions regarding the tile colors and patterns that were spot on. Further, he was friendly and had no reservations about answering my stream of questions. His plumbing and paint subcontractors as well as the tile vendor he recommended were easy to work with. Money well spent. Without reservation, I would recommend Zack Sampson and his Pristine Kitchen and Bath, and I will certainly use him again.

Zachery is a superb craftsman with attention to detail in every aspect of his work. His sense of aesthetics enhanced our project immensely. He always kept his word wether it was time, quality, or cleanliness. His prices are competitive and his work is impeccable. He is the single best remodeler we've engaged in over 50 years of home ownership.

Zachary did two jobs for us, kitchen backsplash in a very intricate pattern and fireplace surround. He was reasonably priced, on time, wonderful to work with, friendly, professional, detailed, and cleaned up his work site. We love the final product, it is exactly what we wanted! Zach was always quick to respond to any of my questions, and I had many. He was kind, understanding, and very accommodating to our needs. He walked us through the whole process from beginning to end with great suggestions as well. In the end, our shower and floor are stunning! He did a beautiful job and I would highly recommend him.

Zach did an excellent job renovating our fireplace, kitchen and bathrooms. I got several quotations before finally deciding to go with Sampson’s. His rates are the cheapest and we’re very happy with the quality of his work and outcome. We have recommended him to our friends as well!

I really enjoyed working with Zach Sampson. His tile work (not to mention all the demolition and prep work) was excellent and the finished product is literally a work of art. Zach's work ethic and communication skills are top notch. This was an extensive three week job, and he showed up every morning at 8am, unless he needed to pick up supplies, in which case he would text me to let me know what he was doing and when he would arrive. Zach was able to complete the job with the least disruption and mess, and cleaned up the work area to the greatest degree possible at the end of each day. He also provided excellent guidance on tile selection. Also, this was a steam shower installation, and Zach was the only contractor to provide a quote utilizing the advanced Wedi waterproofing system specifically designed for steam shower installations. Highly recommended. Five stars!

Zach is one of the nicest and most ethical contractors I have ever met. I noticed one small crack in the bathroom tile that they installed several months earlier - Zach didn't let me down and replaced it free of charge. I'm very happy and I highly recommend his services to anyone.

Zach was so awesome and easy to work with. He was always very responsive and he was very thoughtful about the fact that we had two little ones. He made sure that we always had one working bathroom even though it made more work for him and he cleaned up incredibly well at the end of each day. It’s beautiful

We hired Pristine to remove the existing carpet in our bathroom and install new tile. They quickly provided an estimate and were able to fit us in their schedule at an agreed upon time a few weeks in advance. They showed up exactly when they told us they would, and the work was done exactly when they said it would be done. We were very happy with the tile, and they clearly take a high amount of pride in their work. We would hire Pristine again, and recommend them without hesitation.

I started my bathroom remodeling last year with a different contractor, who completely messed up the job and I had to fire him. After a very, very long search I found Zach, owner of Pristine Kitchen & Bath, who in collaboration with Drew from EKB, remodeled the bathroom to my absolute satisfaction (and I have very high standards). It takes a certain kind of intelligence to make things look polished, sleek and modern and unfortunately I had to learn the hard way, that not all contractors have it. These guys definitely do. They are great technically and they pay attention to details. Their plumber Tim did a superb job too (...plus all of them are very nice people). All the issues that arose during the remodeling process were addressed and resolved. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Zach, David, Drew & Tim !
