"BUYER BEWARE! We had our house painted by, Painter Plus LLC. The painting job, was on the exterior of a two-story house. The house, had a new +$20,000 roof install, a few weeks prior to this painting job. When finished, there was a number of paint drippings on the lower roof, from the top section of the housing being painted. The house color, is an off-white and the roofing shingles are black, so the splattered paint was obvious. There is also evidence that Painter Plus LLC, had covered some of the paint drippings, with black generic spray paint. Others were scrubbed, with a brush. I’m not a roofing expert, but I do know that you should not, scrub any roofing shingles, with any sort of a brush. I called Miguel, with Painter Plus LLC and asked him over the phone, if he had used a wire, or course brush to clean my roof. He said no. When I asked him to come back and to clean the roof shingle splatters, the painter brought a wire brush, with him and a can of black spray paint. At that point, it was very easy to put 1+1 together. I asked him to just not clean anything and to leave. I checked the roof, myself. I could easily see a front side section where, much of the asphalt had been worn away from some of the new shingles. I have no doubt that this new roof is damaged, from aggressive abrasive cleaning and I have photos to prove it. The roofing materials, are some of the best that money can buy - GAF, 50-year roofing materials. It does not wear, in less than 3-months, on its own!! I had called the main office and left a message, for a recovery plan of action. There has been, no response. Beware of this company, Painter Plus LLC and the very poor workmanship that they provide!"

"Brad was excellent at communication, and recommendations for design look. He was easy to schedule with, professional, and knowledgeable. He did excellent work caulking, priming, and painting the entire exterior of our 2600 sqft home. He also replaced some old pieces of siding and did a German smear on all of our brick columns. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out and we highly recommend Brad to anyone needing paint or construction work done on their home!"

"Tony is a great communicator. His response time was quick to all the questions I had. We wanted casings painted and wanted them to match the same brand of paint, its color, and texture. He said it that was doable. Him and his partner showed up on time, stayed busy working the entire time, and finished multiple window casings. One masked and the other painted behind them. They cleaned up nicely, vacuumed the floor for us, and left our home in pre-project condition (i.e. clean). There was a couple touch ups the next day because the wood absorbed paint on some edges. Tony came back right away, touched them up, and even spent the extra time to review and touchup to his level. I didn't see certain things, but his professional care did. I liked the extra attention to detail and initiation for wanting to check all the windows agian and not just the ones I noticed. Would happily hire them again for any painting needs I have in the future. Thank you so much!"

"John, Tenley, and Steve ("The Team") truly exceeded our expectations in several ways: 1. The work itself was impeccable with lots of tricky trim and paint touch up work to match existing colors and sheens throughout house. They also did some wallpaper removal and minor exterior painting of stair rails. The end results, in all cases, were seamless. 2. The Team was always cheerful and amenable to feedback and additional work which usually required additional time and effort to get done. Never any pushback...just a great attitude to get it done. Conducted a thorough walk thru on the last day to make sure nothing got missed. It was really cool to see the Owners actually do the work and not delegate the job to some crew with little oversight. Everything they said they'd do, they did. You can't ask for more. 3. The Team was always very professional and respectful in my home. Never an issue over three and half days sharing the house with them as they diligently worked the job while leaving the home neat and tidy at the conclusion of each work day. This is how you stay in business 30 years! They have a well-deserved reputation in Boise and it's easy to see why. I will have have them, and only them, back when I have additional painting needs in the future."
